My feelings about this album are mixed. I recorded it in the most nascent stages of my channel, with no budget and very little access to production software and equipment. Most of the songs were written and recorded within the one day, in a kind of creative burst. I released it on RU-vid and was shocked at the reception and the interest in the style and aesthetic. Since the release of A Beautiful Death, I've come a long way in terms of songwriting and production quality, but I always receive requests for this album to be made available for streaming/download/purchase.

Beautiful. I always hear short acoustic sections in black metal albums. This morning as I was drinking my coffee, I just wanted to hear black metal acoustic melodies. This album was perfect for that. Thanks.

I'm an avid listener of a lot of extreme music, including black metal. I played this album for my parents (who are decidedly not listeners of extreme music) during a quiet morning during which we three were getting some work done. They absolutely loved it. Some albums just transcend labels and genres, and I think that's what you accomplished here.

Your music is beautiful and inspiring. It really resonates with me. Even when all hope is lost, there is still death. Even when everything has turned dark, there's that atom of light that can make something. The story of wanting to give up and not being able to. Life and emotions are merciless, but death isn't. Even the moon shines as bright as the sun when the sky is covered. It's the story of the best and worst emotion, hope. Hope is torture yet we still can't go without it. At the end, what helps more than hope is love. And you can find it everywhere, if you look hard and long enough.

Such beautiful music. So wonderful to celebrate death. We all live to someday die. Passing from this life is so feared and our society so often deems it a subject that is taboo. The older i become, the more i embrace the concept of leaving this body. It gives me a feeling of liberation. And it puts all that we crave and obsess about into a very small box that i can throw over a vast rushing waterfall that leads into an ocean of non existence.
