Sadly, it seems like Qatar Airways has REALLY gone down the drain. I used to love flying QA and loved flying into Doha as a Business or First Class passenger and going to the special terminal for those customers. Unfortunately, with this recent situation with Josh Cahill, I’m very concerned that the company has lost its way. Instead of simply apologizing for the poor experience and showing that they are working to fix the internal issues, QA attacked Josh Cahill, banned him from their airline and fired the cabin crew. Instead of taking a customer service approach, the airline seems to have decided to take an authoritarian approach, causing the problem to blow up WAY more than it needed to. It could have been a relatively easy fix. #unbanjoshcahill

One time I flew the airline, I was on the A380’s FC, Flight attendants are so nice and kind, Nice food service and beverages, Smooth landing, I even got to see the pilots! Best airline 5/5.

Had family use Qatar this yr and they all complained . Service was not as it used to be and apparently the food was horrible. Tiny tiny portions . Actually a bit upset as Qatar used to be my favourite airline. 😢

I am shocked by Qatar Airways banning of airline reviewer Josh Cahill and the apparent attempt to bribe him, the firing of Qatar Airways employees, and the decrease in quality on Qatar Airways flights. Your airline had a great reputation and rather than apologize and work hard to improve the quality of your flights, you instead bully and harass others. This is very concerning.
