Becky is treating us to a masterclass in the good stuff - pastry! She’ll be using shop-bought gluten-free pastry to whip up 3 tasty ideas, starting with a Greggs classic: the Sausage and Bean Bake. Next, will be a Chicken and Mushroom Pot Pie, as well as an upside down apple pastry - all simple and, most importantly, delicious!

What a super segment. Becky needs a permanent segment on the show. She is amazing at highlighting coeliac disease and the issues around it, from eating out to cross contamination issues, to the ridiculously high cost of GF products.

Becky you were amazing! Thank you this morning for having Becky on again and hope you can have her on regularly now! No one wants to have coeliac or have to eat gluten free, the more you talk about it the easier it will be for us to eat out safely in restaurants and not be made to feel like we are being a pain or being awkward 💗

Thank you Becky for raising awareness of Coeliac Disease. I was diagnosed 1.5 years ago and I’d be completely lost without her! Definitely needs a regular slot on the show 😊

This Morning thank you for having Becky Excel on please give her a permanent slot. The world needs Becky's lived experience of living with a condition which means she has been unable to eat gluten for 15 years. Her knowledge, wisdom, understanding and cooking skills are priceless for those of us who are learning to navigate through coeliac disease, gluten intollerances etc.

A fabulous segment from Becky. She’s so natural in front of the camera, and definitely needs a regular slot to showcase more gluten free recipes. She has made gluten free items more enjoyable for those of us who can’t eat gluten.

So good to raise awareness of how difficult it is to eat out, grab snacks on the go etc.when you are coeliac, gluten intolerant etc. Can we have Becky on again regularly please, would love some more easy ideas. ❤

These girls'recipes are the best gluten-free I've ever come across. You wouldn't even realise you're not eating gluten! Her Yorkshire puddings and crêpes are delicious, i make them and freeze them 👌🏽 It's also very easy to make without a million unnecessary ingredients.

Great segment showcasing Becky - Good Morning Britain you need her on more often! Great to hear her emphasising that bring gluten free through allergies is not a lifestyle choice and that cross contamination is a serious issue. The cost of gluten free products is prohibitive. Great recipes, well done!

More, more, more!!! And perhaps a low FODMAP mention too… Get Becky on at the same time as a doctor to discuss chrons, ulcerative colitis & celiac etc - all need to avoid gluten & FODMAPS 🎉

She has a recipe in her book, it's probably on her blog too. There's only one ready made GF puff pastry sheet, it's Jus rol. You can get Genius or Sues kitchen shortcrust but it's not stocked everywhere
