Thanks Grant. Immediately after watching this video I went to Amazon and got me a tripod for my cell phone. Like you said, 20 bucks. It even has a remote so I can start the vid myself. I am tired of depending on other people to record my squats. Also for the advice on the camera angles. Thanks again.
Thanks Grant. I've filmed my tennis and it has shown flaws in my game not apparent when I'm in the middle of the game. Would like to repeat this for my lifts.
Does the height and vertical angle of the camera play much into it? Like I noticed the guy who had his phone on the ground while pressing had the camera pointing parallel to the floor, while titling it up a bit could showcase the hands/bar better. Would having the camera at an angle like this screw up what you’re seeing due to geometry or anything?
