A nice find eventually, shame you couldn't have got it a few years back to save all the extra work now it has stood longer, i always remember sometime in the 80's i borrowed a friends (large front screen) CAL to collect some parts for my old Austin's, the gearchange was well worn lol
Yes,I'm happy we have it now,but as you say, 10 ish years ago it would have been a much easier restoration! But as long as we have it now! It will be returned to the road at some point.. cheers for watching bud, john and benj mwg.

That's a matter of opinion buddy,the ca is a brilliant van if well maintained,that was the trouble,they where used and abused..work horse's.. loved them then and love now..
My father had one he used in the building trade, lasted for over 20 or more years with nothing more than new spark plugs on one occasion. Excellent van...
