This was actually written by Barry and Mo in 5 mins. There is a behind the scenes video where the brothers shed some tears. It was a dream for Celine to sing one of their songs and was overwhelmed how well it was done.
I saw that video where her producer said that Barry and Mo (Maurice) wrote this song in 5 minutes.....her producer said he was in awe of them how they could write such a massive hit in 5 minutes.
Bee Gees wrote this song for Celine and the first time they heard her sing it they all broke down in tears. There is video of them making the video and you will see their reaction which was amazing. Celine is in a class of her own when it comes to angelic voices
I had the ultimate privilege of attending that amazing concert. Absolute shivers/chills when Celine's voice combined with the Bee Gees harmonies. Her voice reminded me of a pipe organ, perfectly in tune. How fortunate I was to experience this incredible night of music with the Gibb Brothers. Keep discovering their music. May you find as much joy as I did, hearing the songs for the first time in the 70s, 80s and 90s.

You didn`t see the brothers? They were all three on stage with her, singing the back vocals, Barry with the guitar on her left, Robin with the glasses and Maurice on the keyboard on her right and in the end they hugged all three!

Great song. Can't go wrong with Celine and the Bee Gees. Barbra Streisand did an album in 1980 called Guilty where all the songs were written by the Bee Gees. Maybe you can react to Woman in Love , Promises, and Barbra and Barry duets called Guilty and the other called What kind of Fool. 😊
Maurice Gibb was on the keyboard; Robin was in the middle; Barry introduced her. Remember, this was in 1997! The Bee Gees had been around since 1958 so they were older here. Barry was around 51, the twins were about 48-49. Robin had loss his flowing hair by then so maybe that’s why you couldn’t recognized them!🤣
