Nice set up. I have the 24x36 patio model. Had 16 boneless b pork butts on it Friday for a fundraiser it was a tight fit but it all turned out awesome. Wish I would have bought the next size up is my only regret
Those came out perfect! Great idea using a toaster with a digital dial in to hold temp. I'm thinking of going out today to shop for a dedicated unit like this just for my BBQ needs. I'm not dealing with my wife that I stole her toaster and jammed it up with drippings. And really smart idea wrapping in foil so the paper doesn't ignite on red hot heating elements! Fire safety tip. 🔥
Toaster ovens are great. If you want a good outside option, find you a used electric smoker. Run it on low with no wood chips. I'ts basically a low temp electric oven.
I have some Dino ribs on myself, using a Gateway Drum until my Shirley gets delivered. These look fantastic! What brand spritzer do you utilize? Also, did you put the stainless art on the side, if so, did you use stainless rivets?
My spritz is half n half apple cider vinegar and apple juice. Daniel made the sign, but I had to get it put on at a fab shop in Ellenton Fl. Only costed 40 bucks to put it on. Daniel charged 200 for the sign. Yes, rivets were used to mount it on the Shirley....How did your Dinos turn out??? When did you order your Shirley???
I’m emailing with Tyler can I speak with you if you can get a minute I’m ready to get me one and I don’t know personally anyone that has one, I just need a little information
