It looks so delicious like always you make. I never made that. 😂 I am from Palestine and in America for 51 years. I still cook and bake a lot but mostly middle eastern food😅. All my neighbors and school teachers love it all. ❤❤❤❤
In our Mexican kitchen, we would call those wet burritos. Traditionally, we use corn tortillas for enchiladas. To prevent breakage, toast the tortillas quickly in oil before filling and rolling. The sauce you made looks delicious.

Having lived in the southwest (New Mexico and Arizona) since I was 11 and now I'm 45, I was wondering what was a Midwestern boy's take on enchiladas. And all I can say is yep, those are Midwestern enchiladas.
@@marlenejones6266I have family in Texas, he is spot on. We make the traditional Mexican enchiladas. You can go to any small town in Mexico and find the same thing as we make in California.
