INGREDIENTS:-
5 LBS BEEF (cubed)
5 Cups Water
2 Cups CHANNA DAAL (soaked over night)
3 Inch Fresh Ginger
2 TBL SPN Red Chili
2 TBL SPN Salt
3 Black Cardamom Pods
1 Cinnamon Stick
10 Black Cloves
1 TBL SPN Black Zeera
3 Bay leaves
1 TBL SPN Black Pepper
1 TBL SPN Fresh Garlic (chopped)
GREEN MASALA :-
2 EGGS For Mix
4 EGGS For Frying
1 Bunch Cilantro (washed)
1 MED ONION
