Guys this BEEF UDON STIR FRY is a very easy recipe to make, it is very warming! Tone down the black pepper if you prefer not too much heat - This is one of those fusion dishes taking Japanese Udon Noodles and combining with a Chinese style stir fry - Beef Stir Fry Udon Noodles in Black Pepper Sauce is a dry stir fry however if you like more of a sauce add a little water!

Ingredients
Oil
250 / 300 g beef sliced
Pinch of salt
1/3 tsp baking soda
1 heaped tsp cornstarch
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
1tsp dark soy sauce
350g Udon Noodles
Noodle marinade
1 tbsp black pepper - USE LESS if less heat is required black pepper can be over powering!
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
½ tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Veggies what you like I used;
½ onion sliced
½ Red, green, yellow pepper sliced
3 green /spring onion ends sliced 1 cm / green about 1 ½ inch
