I love this song so much. In my eyes, it will always be my favorite song to listen to. Mostly because when I was 8 years old, I had developed a fear of the dark. I hated the silence in my room, so my dad took an old computer that he had in his room, hooked it up in my bedroom, and played this song on a loop for the entire night. I loved having this song playing every night. I would have many dreams of a ballerina dancing to this song. I eventually grew out of my fear of the dark. But every time I listen to this song, I seem to go back in time and feel like I'm 8 years old curled into my bed looking out into the darkness and facing the unknown terrors of the night.
I felt so sad when I watched this song because I thought How I wasted my 9 years of live starting from 7 playing video games. I also know how to play this song, But this person plays much better. I listen to the song When I check out the comments, replying the comments. I almost faced the same thing because I play this song every night when I go to bed.
When I was little I hated the silence and the darkness that came when I went to bed so my mom bought a CD with Beethoven songs and another with Tchaikovsky songs and I listen to them every night. I'm also trying to learn this song.
There's just something about classical music and not everyone feels it, but it's like having something lifted off your shoulders as you listen. A moment of freedom as the music takes you away. Bliss
Agree, somehow it reaches a part of me that no other music can; although I enjoy many types of music. Been enjoying it for more than 40 years. Great for listening to while you work as it is not distracting. Covers both merry (major) and serious sounding (minor) music.
Eyes Of Your Eyes omg..yes the same thing.. I've been searching this my whole life.. I heard it when I was young.. like 8 to 10.. now I'm 16.. I've literally been searching my entire life .. n found it in cheese in the trap drama..
The player appears to be a very young person but their talent is incredible. This is my very favorite piece of music in the world and this young person played it as well as any concert pianist I’ve ever heard. Bravo
The sound wasn't that good mate I go to the best music school in Britain and am not sure but it might be in the world called Chethams School of Music so listen to someone like me who knows what there on about
The man from snowy river... such a great love story with this great sound in the background brings me to tears. My poor deceased wife used to watch over and over. Twelve years on and it still stirs my heart strings.
This has been my favorite song since my grandpa bought me a jewelry box that played this when I opened it. I was 3, and this is still one of my favorite songs 15 years later. It makes me so happy every time I hear it
i heard this when i was kid but i had no clue that it was Für Elise by Ludwig van Beethoven[piano version], many times i searched for this on internet n didn't find it and now i have listened to it i am filled with joy! ; ) good job to the musician.
Abigail Anderson Beethoven was a legend playing this song he does not need to hear he played this song when he was deaf because he knows how the keys sound so if he was alive he could watch him play this and he will know he is doing it correctly if he was deaf or not
Absolutely gorgeous. I know the original is noted to be played much quicker- probably for bragging-rights, but I think so many modern players have discovered a beauty lying in-between the keystrokes of some of these classical pieces- stretching them out and letting their more poignant moments linger
Salute to Beethoven. Its amazing , how only a piano can generate such profound musical piece far better than most of the songs today. I saw many videos of Fur Elise but i feel that this one is the best. Keep up the good work Eric Latz,
Absolutely beautiful. I don't listen to Beethoven, but I love hearing this being played on the piano. It's very relaxing and your hands move perfectly with the piano almost as if the piano was made for you. Everything about this video is stunning.
One of my wishes is knowing how to play this perfectly... so relaxing. EDIT (2020): AFTER 4 YEARS I POSTED THIS COMMENT, I BOUGHT A PIANO AND NOW KNOW HOW TO PLAY FUR ELISE!!! :D
i learned it (the slower part) in a day or two with no prior piano knowledge. look up "fur elise piano synthesia" ive been playing it for a week now almost perfectly. i taped letters on the corresponding keys and it was pretty easy to learn.
This was amazing! The middle part was played amazing! Im currently learning how to play this song and i want to play the middle section just like you! It was so smooth 😄
this piece makes me cry, my grandma wanted it to be played at her funeral. now i have started learning piano i wanna learn it. gonna take a while though cause i've only just started (6 months ago) and am doing my grade 1 in 2 months
This sound has to be my favorite! I’m so obsessed with it. It’s so relaxing and so calming. I really wanna learn to play. When I was in pre-K they always played this during nap time and I just grew to love it. It’s like my favorite
