As someone who is half Latino I’ve been waiting for years to see this character on the big screen, and IT LOOKS FREAKING AWESOME! Dude, Jaime can make a freaking *Buster Sword* from FF7⚔️!!!! Blue Beetle was one of my absolute favorite characters to play as in Injustice 2, and his character in general was funny and endearing; and somehow they made him even cooler. Fingers crossed that NRS makes an Injustice 3 and brings back Blue Beetle.

I like that they went with a practical costume instead of a motion capture suit, obviously they gotta use vfx for all the transformations but the suit alone is amazing.

I’m excited for this movie. I’ve never got into Blue Beetle, except for Injustice 2. But overall I’m ready for this movie. I'd say if the movie does well enough financially, he will be in Gunn's universe.. And yeah, I think Gunn did say he was coming into his universe as the comment below me stated.. Blue Beetle and Booster Gold are together a lot in the comics, and Gunn has already announced Booster Gold is coming, so lets just hope that this movie is good and does well enough financially!

Usually first transformations are supposed to be that way. I'm sure the other transformations won't feel like that, unless there's an enemy scarab transformation. Cause they have to make stuff like that dramatic. But that's just how I see it.
