Surprise! These profound words were first spoken by John the Baptizer , It is recorded in the Bible in the Gospel of Luke chapter 3 verse 8. "Prove by the way you live that you have repented of your sins and turned to God" hows that for cool...before Himanshu Yadav reworded it 2000 years later...lol

@Mr. Giggles - no - what I'm saying is that it bears repeating, no matter who said it FIRST. And, no, Mr Giggles, I am not a Christian, because of comments like yours. I follow the Gnostic Gospels, what I consider the true word of The Christ. Not things that really can't be verified. Judge not lest ye be judged.

THIS IS WHY, I NEVER LIKED READING OR WATCHING PSYCHOLOGIST’ way of READING PEOPLE, who are TOXIC AND WHO ARE NOT, unfortunately I have some of those what they consider NARCISSIST, but it depends on The person I am with SOMETIMES I NEED TO SHIELD MY SELF WITH SELF-WORTH because of TOXIC PEOPLE WHO HATES ME FOR NO REASON AND WANTS TO TAKE OVER MY LIFE, I needed to be STRONG and its why I prefer WORKING ALONE, A LOT OF PEOPLE ATTEMPTED TO STEAL MY IDEAS AND WHEN IN TEAMWORK THEY NEVER VALUED MY IDEAS AND ONLY THEIRS,I wish psycologist CAN JUST SHUT UP AND ONLY TALK WHEN SOMEONE ASKED FOR IT WHEN SOMEONE NEEDS THEM AND MOST OF ALL *KEEP THEIR VIEWS ON THEMSELVES, PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT, WHAT IF THEY ARE DEALING WITH PEOPLE THAT ARE COMPLETELY INCOMPATIBLE WITH THEM? THAT EXPRESSES THEIR HONEST THOUGHT OR KINDNESS IN A VERY OPPOSITE MANNER THAT THEIR VIEWS?* also in LYING AND TOXIC FRIENDS, I am The most caring friend my friends have and they Thank me for it, UNFORTUNATELY ACCORDING TO PSYCHOLOGY, some traits I Show I am a toxic person and even IMMATURE again, according to physcologist. While I am considered WISE BY NON-PHSYCHOLOGIST PEOPLE AROUND ME AND I AM THANKFUL FOR THAT.

You do realize we are all our own person right? Not everyone cries, laughs or feels the same way towards the same thing. We aren't robots all programmed with the same emotions. Crying over something doesn't make someone weak and doesn't justify your first cold statement. Tears also come from happiness and many other things.

Sure. But so many people refuse to admit that they are the problem judging others in the first place. I used to work in the UK for a crappy large American company called Honeywell who I'm sure most people have heard about. Anyway I used to sit with this guy Andy Hill at break time until I had an absolute-nough of his relentless canteen time rants judging everyone in a negative way to make a conversation with whoever was sat at that table. For example - REALLY? eating the same thing all the time, I never understood you Rob. Really Tibor eating chips all the time! Why are they coming on their break late? Why are they going back to work a minute early? Really? Oh f**k off! Why are they always sat over their on their mobile phones all the time? Why does Fiona always eat her lunch in her car? Why is that person sat over their drinking out of such a large carton? Because that's big athletic people tend to do Andy. Really? And it got a lot worse than that when I was sat over the other end of the canteen minding my own business which I was trying to do anyway. People starting coming up to me saying, oh Andy said you look silly eating a banana because you eat it so slowly. Oh Andy had a good rant about you for half an hour at lunch when I mentioned to him that you have four electric scooters and so on. This negative bull shit went on for just over four years, that's how long I had worked at Honeywell who were bad enough to work for as it was due to bad management, favoritism, corruption etc. But one morning I had enough & pushed him flying, he responded whats wrong. I shouted stop f**king talking about me in the canteen & he acted all sheepish & apologetic like he was innocent the blady coward. Of course I was eventually sacked which was all apart of the plan to be honest as I was so happy to get away from such a negative corrupt cover up type of company. It crosses my mind from time to time as to what causes another human-being like Andy to be so badly distracted by what is going on around them & feel the need to use it as leverage to start a conversation & be so wound up & angry about other people who are just doing their own thing. I mean does the guy have a very strong level of autism, bipolar, ADHD, or something else that could bring on this behavior. People will say I over reacted but I honestly couldn't care as my motto will always be don't judge others in this fashion unless you are trying to cause a fight other wise learn to deal with your mental illness particularly talk openly about it otherwise if you are going to be denial & aggressive then obviously something has to give such as - You have a problem with me? Then lets go out in the car park like men & see who walks back in otherwise stop judging the way others including myself live life.

My preschooler (now grown) had a year-end school party at one of the classmates homes so they could play/swim. Since it was the last day everyone brought appreciation gifts for the teacher. I noticed one little girl off to herself w her head down as the teacher was opening the gifts & oohing/aahing. I immediately put 2/2 together & said I’d be right back. There was a Hallmark one block away so I quickly went and purchased a gift w a card & hurried back. I pulled her to the side & asked if she’d like to give it to her teacher & her eyes lit up & she couldn’t get to the teacher fast enough. I don’t know why she didn’t have one to give & it certainly wasn’t required but I could see she wanted to have something & maybe her parents didn’t have time or the resources. I’d been there myself, countless times. All I knew is it was important to her & I had the ability to help, so I did.

I was in a grocery store at 11pm.The store was fairly empty.A man kept staring at me.When I moved to another section of the store, there he was again staring at me. I thought oh great, this guy is either trying to pick me up or is a stalker. As it was late, there was only one lane open to pay for my groceries. There he was in front of me! I hesitated but thought, ok I'll get the security guard to walk me out.As I stood there I could hear his conversation with the cashier. He began to tell her that his mother had just died that day & he had no one to talk to about it.I felt absolutely horrible that I had made such a gross mistake in prejudging this brokenhearted man.I immediately gave him a hug & began to talk to him.I listened to him as he poured his heart out.I let him cry until he was all cried & talked out.I prayed with him & told him that his mom was happy & in the arms of Jesus & she would be waiting for him to join her. I have tears in my eyes right now thinking about that man. I shall never forget that night. I'm so glad that you made this video so I could share my story of the man in the grocery store.

Three years ago I took my 92 year old mother to sit at a public concession area overlooking a lovely nearby beach. While going up the ramp she started having some twinges in her neck area which also moved to her shoulder. Concerned, I googled “heart attack symptoms in women”, saw some similarities in her condition, and explained to her maybe we should call an ambulance. She angrily refused, thinking I was wrong, so I told her to stay put so I could get the car which was parked a distance away. Driving back, in order to get close to her, I had to drive on something like a wide pathway, and some angry beachgoers screamed some nasty profanities at me while I was struggling to get by them. We spent hours in the emergency room and the hospital, she had to have a stent put in her artery, was home for a bit but then 6 months later died from bladder cancer. I just remember my anxiety hearing the people yelling at me, thinking “please don’t be so angry - my mother, my mother!” While I was trying to rush to her. My patience with others has improved a lot.

I guess it's a good step to don't even strive for perfection. Strive for more though. But you yourself should be the only person to define what "more" means. You could try to be calmer and don't get angry so fast, train harder to become a better athlete or open a new business. The important thing is that you don't compare yourself to others with the intention to value your worth or happiness. Find your own path! At least that is my humble opinion. But I would like him to make a video about that topic, as well :D PS: Sorry if the English is not that good, it's not my native language.

@@CalieFaeryl if you believe in Maslow's hierarchy of needs, you will always strive for more, as soon as you covered up your simplest needs. That's just human nature. We are no animals anymore. Food, water, sex and safety is not enough. If you watched this video for anything more than entertainment, you are striving for more than just what you need. It's fine, if you believe in something else, though. At the end of the day it is just a theory. But I find it quite accurate and it is accepted by the wide majority of people.

This video reminded me of a situation I experienced in college. I lived in a ranch house with 4 other guys. We all shared the same fridge and respected each others food and drink. I would regularly buy 2 litter sodas and keep them in the fridge. I didn't mind if my roommates took some. One of my roommates had his girlfriend stay with us on a fairly regular basis almost to the point of being a permanent resident. One Friday afternoon, I helped myself to some fritos only to have her ask me if Iiked the chips and coldly inform me that she bought them. She was right. I didn't ask before I took them. I don't remember my part of the exchange. I think she just walked off after chastising me. One of my roommates overheard the exchange and told me how infuriated he was with what she said and how she spoke to me. I don't remember if he ever spoke to her. My interaction with her from then on was minimal. The irony is that while she was making me aware that she bought the chips I was enjoying, she was pouring herself a glass of soda...that I bought. I kept silent but this is what incensed my roommate.

I totally agree that no one should judge anybody, but at some circumstances judgement is important for your own safety when you got to know more about that particular person. I will explain my point of view through my story, In my Grade 12 there was a group of backbenchers who always disrespected teachers on their back and sometimes even in front of them. At that time I decided that I will never talk to them as they will probably make me do such things which they do very casually. That was a judgement I made on them but I think that I was right because of that judgement I framed a decision of never talking to them and that decision saved character and my Reputation in my school.

I was in a women's refuge. I had escaped with only the clothes I stood up in. The refuge box had items of clothing for 10p each. That was my wardrobe selection. We were invited to a local church member's house; the home of a lady who was inviting us into her garden for strawberries and cream. I went because I was attending that church at the time. The hostess flashed me a quick up and down glance, with a look of disdain. My pale blue, shiny satin short sleeved top and my long navy skirt with the large blue roses on, were not quite... day wear for such an occasion. Later, I thought how this would teach me a valuable lesson. I would never have mentioned that the man I escaped from had a top job or that my home had been a detached house at the top of a hill, at the top of the hill in societies' eyes too. But it wasn't him that defined me... I was just in the process of surviving, to come through -- to a NEW beginning. (The fear of what would become of me if I left, had become LESS than the fear of what would become of me, if I STAYED! ) But I was no different beforehand, perhaps, from the hostess with the strawberries and cream for IF I hadn't gone through what I went through, I would never have met so many amazing people from all walks of life. It taught me also, as you say -- to never assume anything about other people, because you just don't know what they're really going through, OR who they are in reality.

I would argue that the lesson should be "start talking to one another" the narrative only works if no one talks and instead keep being bitter and resenting people in scilence until they are overcome with anger. If one of them had simply voiced an objection it would have been a simple matter of compensating the missunderstanding and apologizing.
