Improving ourselves is a big part of body positivity since its motivated by self-love and wanting to do what will bring the best results for your body and life in general. No one would get mad at a writer who decided to take writing classes to improve their art. How is weight-loss or any other health goal any different? This was great! I agree! I find that finding the right motivation to sustain your drive is important. My goal to be healthy and age well keeps me on track to work out consistently versus only having a goal of losing weight.
