Hello Lisa Crosbie, thankyou for the tips. Could you please help me out with the confusion that I am having. I have recently joined a company as a functional consultant and I have knowledge of all the modules (sales, service, marketing and field service) and now recently I have got a link for CRM Fundamentals training. After I have attended the training I have got a link saying that I am eligible for a free test for MB 910. So my question here is Should I take the exam MB 910 directly without taking PL 900 or PL 200 or MB 210, will that be fine and beneficial ? Please help me out

As a Functional Consultant the PL200 and MB210 (and other 200 series) are the ones that will be the most relevant/valuable certs for your role. However, I think it's worth doing 910 as well (especially if you have it for free). It's a much lower technical level, but focuses in on business value which isn't covered in the same way in the 200 level exams. And I think it's worth functional consultants also having a good understanding of business value.

I wish I watched this video before I took my AZ-104 exam. The case study questions caught me off guard, I didn't know how to appoch answering it effectively without wasting a lot of time. The fact that I couldn't skip the section really had me frustrated.

Yeah that does add pressure when you’re not prepared for it. My approach to the case studies is to read the questions first and then read the case study knowing what I’m looking for. There is always a heap more in the case study than you need for the questions you get.

I have one suggestion for improvement. Certification exams, especially on specific software such as MS Project, Power BI etc should not include questions like, 'How will you update critical path and timeline" because this would require memorization of steps which no one does. Infact, you could give a simulated environment and ask user to do a particular task. That will be more practical and just way of testing knowledge of a software. On the other hand, you may include objective choice questions for theoretical concepts.
