Since I've received so many messages in regards to a beginner program, I've put together one with Calisthenics Kingz Miami members Lauren & Pro D. We demonstrate a few beginner exercises for a full program that a both MEN & WOMEN can do in the beginning stages would start with before moving to an intermediate level. feel free to ask any questions you may have and share this video with other as well.

Yeah, got some kit in my local parks. Seen a guy make his own using plastic drain piping and with angled joints to construct a parallel bars. I've use blocks of wood, bricks even dumbbells to get some effective training in. Use what you got.

It would be more useful if you explained what she is doing and why she is demonstrating good form instead of playing the useless music and just watching her do it. Just saying, add some instruction to explain the demonstration.

Did you watch to the end of the video? Form greater than the amount of reps. Copy her form and do the reps correct = your explanation.

Too many things I see wrong with this particular video if your looking for more in-depth explanation look up Mets Strength & Conditioning Coach Jeff Cavilear Jeff Cavilear or any Bodybuilder as there are some how actually tell you what & why they are doing the motion as well as the speed it witch they do it

One thing I feel is important to these and other exercises to avoid shoulder complications, is to keep the shoulders/shoulderblades pinned back and down with the chest out. Watch Elliot Hulse video on deadlifting to see what I mean. I had shoulder problems before, and thinking of this has saved my shoulders and removed my problems.

I really wish I had bars like that anywhere near me. Guess I'll have to build my own. I might get a power tower though, they have dip bars as well. Great vid BTW!

Great video! Thanks for sharing! I tell people that can not do pull-ups/chin-ups to do negatives as shown in the video. You have to start somewhere! It is good to see it here! One comment/question about the push-ups. I know that everybody's body is different, but should the elbows be tucked in (closer to the body) during the push-ups for shoulder safety? And last, but certainly not least, it's good to see a woman doing calisthenics! Excellent work!

Hi guys, this training is really awesome, im in my 3rd week and i can notice a change in my arms, chest, shoulders and back. I think i have more strenght between each training, maybe its only a subjective sensation considering the short period of time doing it but thats what i feel XD. Respect =)

As someone who has coached women on pushups, I have found that doing pushups from the knees never fully builds the core needed when they begin to transition to their toes. A much more effective method for having ladies learn pushups is to break the pushup into 2 parts. First, get into a position like you are going to do a standard pushup and push your upper body up while keeping your hips on the floor. Then, use the core to raise the butt and hips off the floor into the air to finish the pushup

They do have these obstacles at some parks in the UK but you're not they're not easy to find, I'm one of the lucky ones my local park has some.

you say 3x6 reps.... does this mean the same exercise after itself. For example 6 chin ups...rest ..... then 6 chin ups. or do you want to mix them into the other exercises?
