WHAAAAAT ????? After leaving the comment above, I started reading others and am stunned to learn this lovely lady has left us and traveled on to a better world. I love how this has no holes. I am a knitter that crochets on the side and I hate the holey look of crocheted blankets so I knit them instead which takes FOREVER. This is going to be my go-to pattern for crochet blankets now. It's going into my favorite pattern stash. THANK YOU!

I am just learning how to crochet and I love how you explain in detail where to pull the yarn through the second chain. I have watched other tutorials on the single crochet and none of them show in their videos to grab 2 strands of yarn. So awesome. A friend is becoming a grandma. So, her daughter and my friend and I went to Joanne's. She picked the baby yarn that is pink, white and gray. I am so excited I stumbled across your channel. I am pregnant with my 3rd little boy due in May. My grandmother always made the baby blankets in the family. Since she can no longer do that and our two other boys have had hand made blankets for their baby showers I have decided to make it myself. I love your tutorials, so full of details and slow and easy to understand for beginers! 👍🏻 i finished a baby blanket with blanket yarn yesterday, if only i've seen this pattern first, it look so cozy! I've made puffy stiches and its cute but i little bit bulky, more like a "floor" blanket... So the baby could play on the floor... Yours look so confy to swaddle with! I'll add this video to my favorites so i could watch it again next time i bought blanket yarn! (Or any type of yarn really!) :) 👍🏻

Hello Melanie! I followed one of your tutorials for my 2nd blanket because my very 1st one came out looking like a skirt. Into the trash that went... So I followed one of your tutorials and watched it over and over again until I made a very beautiful blanket for my Granddaughter in pink, grey and white. I followed the shell stitch pattern.
