This my everyday stretching routine to keep things moving XD I usually do around an hour of stretching but I put the most important movement in this video. I also use a theraband and yoga blocks, if you don't have them, you can still do the stretches, so don't worry!
I have a back and knee injury and still manage to do these exercises so don't give up. It's very stressful to go back almost to 0 after you injure yourself. The best thing we can do it's to keep on moving! If you have any questions or suggestions for a new video write to me in the comments! :)
