Wow , I’m retired from a lengthy career in the army. I’ve always stayed active but I’m now in my fifty’s and things are now more difficult. I’ve been completing your dynamic work out prior to any work outs and found it fantastic. I’ve done a few beginner ab workouts and now working thru your 5 beginner series workouts.. I absolutely loved your workouts , what a fantastic job you’ve done for everyone to jump on board. Yes , maybe beginner for some but i take my time and follow your techniques to ensure I’m completing the exercises properly but I get an awesome workout.. Dan Thank You for all your hard work!
Been following this video for about a month now. I can definitely tell you it works. I’ve seen a significant change on my shoulders, upper back and arms overall. Definitely 20/10.
Just found this today, I've always been a skinny guy and I was never physically active. I'm finally gonna try to put my physical health first and I follow these videos. I love that the cool down is included as well. Keep up the great work man
Honestly, I've bee doing this routine since March and I love it. Is quick, complete and has helped a lot with my upper back pain related to WFO. It has given me enough strength to start practicing headstands

This video is one of my two absolutely favorite workouts! Perfectly suits my needs in upper body development. Simply love it. At some point I understood that I'm weaker in push ups then I used to be in high school, so was looking for the workout that would contain push ups mixed with other upper body exercises. I've been doing it each Sunday for the past four weeks, and the gradual progress is seen within each workout. Started with mixing full and kneeling push ups in every push up type, now I'm only having the full & kneeling mix in the diamonds (these are still too difficult for me). Feeling my strength increasing, and god I love it. Thank you for the awesome workout!!

Definitely a great workout to make more difficult. I’m not a beginner however I was able to modify this and make it harder. As always Dan keep up the awesome workouts!! 💪🏼💪🏼
I was able to do everything except for the skull crusher pushups at the end. I feel like this is not a beginner friendly exercise. Still a great workout though and i like the stretching at the end, it often gets overlooked how good stretching is.
It's a little shameful that I have a hard time following a beginner video. I know I'll progress, and I'm glad I pushed myself to finish, but definitely an eye opener nonetheless. - Great Video!!! Thank you!!!

I loved this (well I hated it actually but knew it was good for me) but I feel like my wrists let me down- they are so weak and it started to make them ache after a while. Any tips or do I just shut up and get on with it?!
Even if you're at an advanced level coming back to the basics really perfect your Reps.. I still haven't perfected my breathing so these routines really fine-tune my workouts.
This is such a great workout for while on vacation! I forgot my resistance bands and needed a good upper body workout. I can already tell I’m going to be sore 😅
Great workout on a day I didn’t want to make my way to the gym. Definitely not a good workout for individuals with wrist issues. I’m definitely ordering wrist supports 😮💨

Great workout. I appreciate that you post it for free. But I really dislike that RU-vid sticks an ad right in the middle of the video. Very jarring. I don't mind ads at the start but not in the middle.
