Great and straight to the point! Great video, gonna try this routine out. Being a novice at the gym it can feel overwhelming but if you go in there without a plan you're just a rudderless ship.

Is it ok just to stick with one exercise for the full 3-5 sets rather than switching? I go during a very busy time at PF so holding up 3 areas on some of your workouts can be challenging? What should the recommended rest be between sets?

Yeah that’s fine, I normally do my 3-4 sets on one exercise then move on to the next, I only did it that way for video purposes and because people have short attention spans lol

so for a full arm day, could you do these workouts plus a bicep/tricep workout in one gym session? or would that be too much?

I know you do 3-5 sets for each workout in total but you do all sets at once or do you go into the next workout right away, and then you complete it towards the end?

Planet fitness has a calve press. For calves. They also have numberous leg curl machines, a leg press, also another machine similar to the leg press. They also have the Smith machines for squats ... I suppose you could also sqaut with dumbbells and EZ bars
