When I reach my goal I'll upgrade my sketching tutorials with a new camera and use my old camera to give an extra view point in my videos! Perhaps my face, perhaps my watercolour palette, or some close ups of my process!
This is another of my 10 minute challenge series, where I take an instagram challenge and try to sketch and paint it in just ten minutes. Whilst doubling the challenge by turning into a quick, fun and easy urban sketching tutorial.
Whilst I do this I will talk you through my decisions and the tips and tricks I use to sketch out an interesting and colourful painting in such a short time, encompassing both architectural sketching and plenty of bushes, plants, flowers and nature.
I also explain why I think this type of sketching exercise or watercolour exercise is good for anyone, beginners and more advance, helping you to develop your watercolour skills and accept that not everything has to be perfect! It's a great way to enhance your learning to urban sketch for sure.
