Not hard to pick for me.. my extreme is ordered.. simply for my weight and height I always get the most powerful wheel on the class as the most powerful wheel is also the safest in terms of the greatest headroom/ buffer before cutting out/ over torquing and begode wheels still lead in this respect (the patton will cutout/ over torque easier and sooner).. will complement my ex30 perfectly.. almost a mini ex30 with similar build quality (ex30 is begode's best build quality to date) andeven better suspension with 130mm travel (and I like my ex30 suspension) and smart bms.. it will be my technical trails wheel or wheel for any shorter rides needing the most agility (that said I have no issues with my ex30 offroad.. even taken on single track but the extreme will be better on single track.. especially when it gets very technical/ challenging

WOW, your one comment has sold me. I have never ridden a EUC and I am trying to choose and people say " Don't get a powerful wheel for your first wheel"...they say this even after I tell them that I am 6'1" and 270! I am gonna reserve with E-WHEELS today, thanks man!

@TheSkyHive my first euc was the begode rs ht ... one of the most powerful highest torque wheels at the time and served me well.. bigger sized/ weighted wheels are harder to learn on though than smaller more agile yet still powerful wheels.. powerful isn't the problem.. big and heavy is harder to learn on but still not impossible and if your wheel survives the learning process it will last your needs longer but the extreme will be a very powerful machine in a smaller lighter more agile package than say the ex30, Sherman s, master pro so even though technically not a beginner wheel it could be and it's very durable and will take some hits that will inevitably happen when learning too with its all metal cnc design

I believe the Patton like the Sherman-s has a hydraulic suspension not air. V13 is similar but air. These 2 are a hard choice no doubt.

@SamClegg yes apparently the sherman-s had issues. Problem is people have no idea. The sherman-s isn't a jump wheel.... but ppl think it is because it has a suspension, this is how f-ing stupid ppl are.

I believe the Sherman S & Patton have twin tube hydraulic shocks with compression and rebound dampening. Definitely not an “air” shock, but not a spring shock either. I honestly don’t know which would be better for jumping, but I would not expect the hydraulic shocks to leak air at all since they are sealed with oil & nitrogen gas unlike air shocks which need to be pumped up occasionally with air. There are pluses and minuses to each. Notably the hydraulic shocks may be heavier, but also have better customizable response for the application and suspension travel which Fastace has already supposedly done for EUC use.

Yo chooch, im here in Tennessee and ive really been wanting to ask this comment but didnt think it would get seen. I just really learned to ride (on a v12ht). I have picked up pretty quick and at day 2 i was pretty much able to turn around and carve it and get up to speeds of around 25mph with no real wobbles and ive put about 175 miles on it in the 6 days ive had the wheel and my main concern has truly been maintenance on these machines. I would love for you to make a video of where someone like you who is this experienced in the sport would go to find little parts that maybe arent so available or a tutorial in how to fix the basics stuff or change a tire on a v12ht or something. Ive loved watching your videos and you really sold me on the ht and for someone that lives in the country and doing a mix of both on and off road its been great but as far as doing the maintenance man im pretty intimidated cause i dont know where to get alot of these parts and it seems most websites are either overseas or out of stock or just dont have alot of selection for my particular wheel. Any feedback would be appreciated thanks man.

LOL wtf is up with all the Orange? I've played enough games in my life to know that orange is "LEGENDARY" item color. Been riding S22 with upgraded aftermarket suspension (Not KS) it's no joke. S22 is King at off-road / Jumps. It's also no slouch on concrete/pavement.

I will probably replace the S22 with a Begode Extreme. The S22 (Pro) doesn't have torque. It's tuned as a speed wheel. It feels like my old Sherman and the MSP HS. The S22 is fantastic for flat single tracks, drops and jumps. But for sustained climbing, I need a different EUC. I tried the Patton and it already feels solid. The suspension will leak oil. So it is not good for drops and jumps.

"stanchion.... what the fnck does that mean?" lol! when talking about single track vehicle suspension, the word stanchion should probably be stated as "stanchion tube". on a typical old fashioned motorcycle with telescopic front forks, the main two components of the fork were the sliders and the stanchion tubes. the sliders at the bottom which the wheel and brake assembly are connected to. the sliders also contain all the suspension stuff and the bottom portion of the stanchion tubes. the stanchion tubes are the chrome ...ah? ... pipes? ...that are clamped in the triple clamps at the top of the stanchion tubes. the bottom of the stanchion tubes are connected internally to the suspension components inside the sliders. when the suspension compresses, the stanchion tubes dip further into the sliders. in older motorcycles, sometimes the manufacturer would have gaiters covering exposed the part of the stanchion tube to make up for the poor seal technology in pre 80's manufacturing technology. for the more awesome bikes that have inverted forks, the sliders are clamped in the triple clamps and the bottom of the stanchion tubes have the wheel and brake assembly mounted to them. that's how my '87 ktm 250mx that i bought new and still have and my 2005 yzf r1 that i bought new and still have are. my 2 cents, though, for euc's, as far as we've come with telescopic fork technology, i think the s22 rail system is going to be the way to go even though it takes up battery pack space. you can't fight physics.but then i'm an og s22 rider, so yeah biased opinion so take it or leave it. no offense taken. lol! s22 my 3rd wheel. looking for my 4th wheel. i.e. looking for my next wheel just like everybody else on this page. haha!

I've got a Patton on the way. It's going to be my first wheel. I'm not so much worried about getting the "best wheel out there" as I am about getting something that can handle the weather where I live. Winter and spring are very wet where I live so something that is at least made with rain in mind is required.

Weatherproofing is why I’m leaning more towards the Extreme. If it’s as good and the A2 and that’s as good as they claim, this could be the perfect universal medium range wheel for any and all climates.

@Joachim Vesely With all the teardowns I've seen, I don't have a whole lot of confidence in what begode brings to the table. Historically, there are a lot of components that are exposed or just aren't sealed very well. If they have stepped their game up and are interested in making something rugged as well as fast, then good for them. It's about time they got an interest in making wheels that can be ridden by people that don't live in a desert.

I personally still love my RS HS. Although putting suspension in an RS would be amazing. They need to do that. Although I have a feeling that racing this year at Northwest electric fest is gonna be pretty crazy knowing that my wheel is now slow and obsolete compared to everyone new suspension wheels with higher top speeds. It's gonna be a blast regardless man. Hope to see you there if you can making bro.

Not a video about the Extreme, you spent 90% of the time on the Patton and even then all you did was read what was on there. This video once again shows how far our community has fallen with people creating clickbait titles and making videos with quite literally no content, to say I'm disappointed is a MASSIVE understatement.
