If I had to keep only one wheel, it would be the mten3. It is so helpful; I use it to go to the gym and to the shops, I would never use this as a trick wheel or a speed wheel, it is perfect at 3-7mph.
My Mten3 also has a shuddering issue, but the shell is fine. I took it apart to see what was wrong and now the wheel accelerates at full speed when I turn on and still shudders, not sure how to fix it :( My Mten3 also has an extra board glued onto the battery case that yours doesn't, is that something different between the 67v and 84v versions?
Pretty cool little wheel but absolute nightmare of a tire change, worse than any other I've tried. Doesn't hold a seal on tubeless tire unless PSI is so high it's squirrelly at 12 mph with a 190 lbs rider. Good for kids but I'm selling mine.
My mten3 just recently wasn't able to charge. Still works fine and am still able to ride it. Could it be a charge port issue? Cause the charger that came with it still shows a green light and not red when plugged in the wheel.
You may need to check the charging port make sure it’s not loose. If it is ok you may have to take the battery out and check inside. Some of the mten3 battery the nickel plate has dry joints which it may need desolder..
