Hi Guys - I have the same issue - I just bought Hypervolt 2 as a present. Cant charge it. And power button doesnt work. Any comments from producer which is only advertising the product ???
I just purchased one today. PT guy showed me how to use. If memory serves, you have to press the power button twice. Not sure if you have to press once, then choose speed and then press again. Don't wish to open the one I have at the moment. Purchased at a Rehab facility. Trying to decide whether to keep Hypervolt 2 or whether to exchange for Hypervolt 2 Pro. Wednesday, I will see physical therapist and will let you know re: starting device and which I choose. Hope this helps. Barbara
