A few days ago Hyperice announced the launch of the next generation of their popular massage guns with the Hypervolt 2 and Hypervolt 2 Pro. The Hypervolt 2 Pro is the next generation of Hyperice's Hypervolt Plus and the Hypervolt 2 is the next generation of the Hypervolt massage gun. Touted as being lighter and more ergonomic, neither device is all that different from it's predecessor. In this video, I take a look at a side by side comparison of their most popular specifications.

You would think for it being $400 if this thing would be quiet I have one that looks similar to it it's pretty powerful and the damn thing is quiet it doesn't have that plastic rattling sound and I have a case and I paid what under $100 it did retail for 299 though when it first came out about a year or two ago, napio massage gun

I was considering the Hypervolt 2 Pro but now I'm considering the Theragun Elite. Which massager would you personally purchase or is there another I should consider?

@@BestMassageTech I making the same decision as this guy why the does the Elite get such a high recommendation from you? I went to Nest Buy to get the 2 pro but they sold the 2 on my way there and I took the 2 home . I think after what you said I am going with the elite because it is 100.00 off today.

@@goodmandiad2713 I like the elite better for a few reasons: 1) it comes with a case 2) my personal preference is for a stronger massage. The elite has a longer stroke length and higher stall force, which allow for me to get a deeper massage. 3) I think the triangle design allows for me to hit different areas of my body a lot easier, especially parts of my back. 4) I prefer the Therabody attachments over the Hypervolt. Not a huge fan of the hard plastic attachments. Therabody’s are a firm foam.

How did you measure the sound at what speed? I'm getting 60db at lowest setting on the Pro is that right?

I consider stall force been a key feature from cheap and a good massage gun, and this new generations are literally a downgrade to me I’m happy with my old hyper volt pro plus 🙏

It's a little bit powerful it's all marketing though man it's just rebranding the same products to make money but it's not worth $400 this thing should retail for $99 at tops 139 cuz from The source in China the damn thing cost pennies on the dollar to make you can get them over there for like 60 bucks from the source
