Man. I love this stuff, cause I know so much goes into getting the team out there every day. Thanks for posting. Honestly I'd love to sit and pick the staffs brain on foods to help an overweight sunday league type guy get in shape. I play soccer twice a week and I am a type 2 diabetic, so i am probably gonna be watching this several times to see about that beet juice and whey protein :).
