Here's another great one of finding out how one of the largest events outside of the US began, grew, and now is tasked with programming to find the fittest men, women, and teams team to go to the CrossFit Games from Africa! The fellas sit down with 2 of the three main event directors for the Fittest in Cape Town, Chris Oman, Director of Programming, and Leo Trindade, Event Head Judge, to find out how they decided on their events and what they are excited to see happen!
