Behind the scenes at a meat processing plant: The process of shaving off beef with a delicate knife. 

We spent a day at the processing site of Hoku Sui Shoten, a meat processor that distributes skewers, yakiniku, curry, and motsu nabe (a hot pot of meat) to taverns and stores!
The company processes Miyawaka beef, and we were also able to film Mr. Morishita, a beef producer, at the site. The video is all about meat, so please enjoy!
