There was one time that I had a dream about finding James in a chest at a random place it was a little bit bigger. When him and I met we talked and after that, we became friends and I picked up and held him and went places.
3:03 This image of Ringo Starr holding the model of Thomas will forever be associated with the show. Even after Ringo is dead and gone (thankfully, he's still here at 83, will be 84 in July), people will still remember him by that picture.
0:46 finally , finally I know how the y change their face expression when I was a kid and I finally know why my toys cannot change face expression like the old series , thank you and sorry for my bad English
The amount of effort to bring this show to life, a failure in 1953, then brought to television on October 9th 1984, 8 million people tuning in to watch the shows very beginning. All thrown to bit and sold at auctions, just because of Computers. I wonder how pissed the original model makers were when they realized the POSSESION they once OWNED was just being auctioned out just because of CGI
I remember perfectly, watching Thomas on TV with my grandpa and we were getting happy and excited from just hearing and seeing the first fragment of the intro. We watched the good old times series when there was no thing such as cgi, just moving eyes and static people. Man, remembering this really makes me cry... (Thomas' whistle bell) Bye !
The crashes in the Models were more realistic than the CGI version, watching the CGI one is just not, as real Also my favorite crash was Duncan gets spooked, the part where peter-sam's trucks fall off the bridge
Yep. These are all models. I think some may say these were really G scale. But here we see it in other scales as well. But to model the entire Island of Sodor in G scale, you really need a ton of space. For those who read the Thomas Wiki facts about the engines, the time line the sets took place was between I think the early 1920s up to about the 1950s.
The producers and makers of Thomas must have some of the models too. Every two seasons the trains look slightly updated and newer. They have had to made so many Thomas'
3:28 Lady! Lady should be in more episodes and stuff *SINCE SHE IS THE ENGINE THAT HOLDS THE ISLAND OF SODOR TOGETHER. SHE ONLY GOT 1 MOVIE WHICH WAS TATMR AND A SCENE IN CALLING ALL ENGINES!* 😡😡😡
Man as much as my mind can remeber it was easier to make crashes with the models instead of the Cgi Series because in the Cgi Series the animators have to take extra time to make a crash but in the model Series the models have gravity and the crashes are way more easier because on a computer you can make Trains go through each other but in the model Series you can't that makes a scene of an inpact aka a model hiting another model
When you watch the show it all look so simple, but it is a awful lot of work to set it up and shoot it without digital effects. Then the editing. And i did not even mention the building of the layout.....
the song at 0:03 brings back alot of memorys of when it was 2008 and stainerjacks videos were my favorite......and now there gone. Same with jenkins92s videos and 16s disaster (tomy)

Just Imagine If The Marklin Engine Appered In The Adventure Begin's And Thomas Would Think Hey Who Is Pulling That Train aAnd At The End Of The Movie He Met The Marklin Engine And If The Engine's In The Shed In The Three Railway Engine's Also Appeared
Imagine they made an episode in the new CGI series of the Narrator reading an RWS book or watching an old T&F / TTTE&F episode Or they could remake an old Thomas episode in the CGI #theadventurebegins
Is there ever a behind the scenes of the Thomas songs like do mike and jr get kids to perform and rehearse the Thomas songs with the script and who are the kids who sing the Thomas songs
