6:52 Fun Fact which i didn't had time enough to show in this part. When viewing this "Empty" Corridor in the level editor, you can see several triggers and path nodes, the triggers are for another "Glimpse" scene with the monster you encounter a bit earlier. The triggers are cut out from the script file, so nothing happens in the final game. Basically when you reach this intersection, the monster would walk around the corner in that corridor and then get removed.

Most horror games I can find in depth dives into their code, which is thr easiest way to stop being afraid of it. Unfortunately, its hard to find much on Soma's world. So I am glad I found this video.

8:30 interesting to note - you can walk THROUGH the monster while it's spawning like this for a couple seconds. Then it will get you. Also, if you walk right behind its butt it won't catch you. I just thought that was funny.
Seeing as Horror games are a thing now, and Layers of Fear 2 is a thing. Any chance of getting a video on the first Layers of Fear? There's a lot of like, weird teleporting and rooms changing and the like. I think it'd make for an interesting video. There's also some rooms that you only see at the end of the game, or in the DLC, that I'd be interested to see at the start of the game instead. To see if there's anything there or not.
How you do that? I wanna be able to get into place that is inaccessible location. Like can I get into the locked room? Or be able to walk through the wall?
It has one of the most unique stories in gaming that questions consciousness in a very fresh and different way! Its hard to explain without giving things away but its made by the creators behind Amnesia. I highly recommend it if you like the philosophical question about what makes you "you", the story gets more and more complex towards the end.
Is this video extremely low bitrate or do I just see things? Maybe reupload this in a higher quality. General tip, render you video out in 4k60 with about 200mbit, convert it via handbreak in h265 medium 100mbit and upload it. Even if you don't render it in 4k RU-vid sees the videofile as 4k and assigns a much higher bitrate for your video and so you get extremely good quality for RU-vid standards.
