Super interesting process of prototyping and conceiving the product to its absolute perfection! Congratulations! I've never used a Supply (hopefully yet!) But I really like the shaves of an injector! Cheers

After watching a few vids with the new supply pro and blade loading problems, Nate4Shave mentioned that when he loaded the blade whilst on the lowest setting it seemed to load ok, could this be the solution to the problems a few were having???🤔

Hey Dan, I tried to reply to your email but I think there was a typo in the address. In short, it's possible but not conclusive yet. We've received the complaint so few times that we're still trying to get to a root cause - but we're working hard on it.
