Many of us have had an awakening of sorts due to the work of Dr. Michael Heiser and the Divine Council Worldview.
This has created a community of believers who are attempting to meet the Bible on its own supernatural terms. Today we have a powerful testimony from a sister in Christ of what Heiser's work meant to her life. Along the way we have some awesome clips (some never before seen) to connect us to the value of meeting scripture on its own terms.
We are gearing up for a full scale documentary and in preparation will be doing some specific interviews along the way for research and content. I am excited to share those with you along the way.

Michael is correct, angels do not have wings. I had one minister to me after a car accident. The angel was made of light and walked through a wall to come to me and did not burn an outline in the wall as it entered my room. He simply said, "I have been sent to bless you".

Heiser is a key figure helping to remove the veil of mystery as it relates to the supernatural spirit realm. It is so important that as Christians, we learn about this hidden realm, so that we can take up our position of authority and bring down the powers of darkness. He is greatly missed - but thankfully his on-line teaching and books are still available.

Dr. Heiser opened my eyes to so many things in the Bible that I’ve never understood in my 20 years as a blood bought child of Christ. God certainly used him in many, many lives. He’s sorely missed but is now glorified in heaven with Jesus. Praise God!

Mike Heiser made me feel proud to be a human, loved by God again. Since I was a young child have never been able to get past Genesis 6 until I read Unseen Realm. We are so loved and Im so very grateful to be in the family of our loving Elohim, YHWH and His beautiful, kind, humble son Jeshua and all of you. Much love sisters and brothers. Good is Good. Three things to understand that will completely change the way you perceive and understand the Bible. 1) The true meaning of the seed war Gen 3 2) The true meaning of the sons of God, the fall 9f the Watchers Gen 6 and 1Enock6 3) The Divine Council, not theory but reality. Psalm 82 Understanding these true Biblical doctrines will make everything make sense, come together , and most of the scriptures you will never read the same again. I will add that I did have a basic understanding of the Divine Council by studying the Bible that was revealed or understood because of the Holy Spirit. But God used Michael Heiser to really reveal this.

I have begun taking Heiser classes at the Awkng School of Theology. They are offering all of their classes for free for those looking to delve deeper into Heiser's teachings. I have committed a monthly donation to the school, but they are offering all courses for free. I hope and pray that countless seekers find the teaching of Heiser so that they can go deeper and deeper into their relationship with our Lord and Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus). When I first ran across Heiser I had recently finished reading the entire Bible alongside a commentary which was more than twice my Bible’s size. My first thought was this guy’s a bit weird. Yet, something inside me drew me into his content. I was hooked. Suddenly not only he wasn’t so weird after all, neither was my Bible. I study either through, books, audiobooks, podcasts and Logos Bible Software tools and resources including video courses every day. I’ve set up a family girls Bible study where we get together 2to 3 nights a week to study together. I’m so blessed to have found Dr. Heiser’s content along with the content of many others through which I’ve been introduced. Including this channel. It has totally instilled a deep love in my search for God who gave us his son Jesus Christ in love for all who choose to follow Him.

I know for my own personal faith journey, that before Dr. Heiser, my journey wasn't much to talk about. I knew all the basics, but really understood little else. I always felt like the bible was incomplete. It would mention these really weird things(Gen 6), this quick blip and it would move on, leaving me confused and doubting that it was a sufficient literary work. I believed in the main doctrines, but I never got beyond that. In comes Dr. Heiser in the last 10 years or less and my bible brain grew a LOT because of God using him in my life. My faith journey is ongoing, but it really began with Dr. Heiser.

When you began this channel, I brought up how Dr. Heiser teachings and scholarship punched Calvinism reformed theology in its face. Now the rest of us can continue swinging away as the reformers and Calvinists are trying to fight back below the belt.

I enjoy Dr. Mike's teaching and have almost all of his books and even his Master Course Collection in Logos. I am so glad and grateful that a documentary is being produced on Dr. Mike. While watching this, I pray that the production and editing teams will do a very professional job on the transitioning from different scenes or edits to make the documentary a high quality experience for all. I know it's hard to do all of that, and I pray that the effort put in to this grows in the production expertise that rivals what Hollywood can do. Mike Heiser's book "The Unseen Realm" is one of those books of breakthrough in the History of Christendom. It shifted and lift the Body to a fresh new domain. In mid 2014 I started writing the manuscript of my book "Let There Be Light - Study of God's Heart and Mind" and on 26th Feb 2016 I bought The Unseen Realm, but only started reading it in mid-May 2019. It's eureka! The crucial piece of jig saw puzzle to complete the Big Picture is the gift of Mike Heiser's lifetime works. Mike brought back to the Body the dynamics and dimension of Abrahamic Covenant i.e. "in you (you and me) families of nations will be blessed", That "IN YOU" is the answer, the key, for the answer and solution to COSMIC CONFLICT Resolution, to Sabbath and Shalom in the entire Cosmic Creation. The Church has been Need-Oriented, Purpose-Driven but NOW, it is this PURSUIT of DESTINY "In You, Creation is SAVED!" Wow, Wow, Wow, it is mind blowing! Thank you MIKE HEISER so much, we owe you this light you lighted, well done Faithful Servant of God.

I love Mike Heiser for who he was, to himself, his family but no.1 to the Lord. I ask the Lord to bless his friend for his watershed moment bc he started Mike on his amazing journey. To R those B, this time what I feel is going to be or might be is not great masses coming at once, or tons of money being received, but your love of Christ leading this charge up a mountain w steady and assured footsteps. I thank you beyond how deep this is in me, what you are now doing for and with Mike. I alwys believed in the a spiritual, a sense tht something is around me, but to vocalize such real feelings and thoughts, I no longer hide it. I want to shout for glory that this day is here NOW. You won't fall or fail bc Mike is watching and listening. He might say to you as I say it to you now, don't leave your family wanting of your presence as a husband and, or, a dad. That is and will be forever your earthly strength. P.S. I notice that all the replying is done w a heart. To busy is a walk down a path that is lonely.

She said she’s known the scripture a long time. Then why is she so surprised about the so obvious and apparent from the scripture now. This unseen world view is something one cannot avoid when simply reading the bible for the first time. Forty years ago I found teachers and readers of scripture who looked at this and much much more that also needs to be understood. So stay balanced.

I came to Heiser's views almost by accident. I had nothing against him, and I was not a "fan." But the more I investigated his claims, the more I found problems with his theology. I'm sure many people feel Heiser has helped them understand some supposed neglected areas of the Bible, but few have taken the time to look into or answer objections to Heiser's "divine council" view. There are many problems with it, from his twisting of Psalm 82 and collapsing it into Psalm 89, and how he misinterpreted Deut. 32 and used ANE works and non-canonical books like 1 Enoch to arrive at his conclusions. One of the most egregious misreadings of the Bible I've ever seen from Heiser is from his "Reversing Hermon" book and videos online. Instead of going with Scripture, he went with some wacky interpretation by Troy Martin and has Paul saying "testicle" in 1 Cor. 11:15 instead of "covering." What??? Are you kidding me? And what makes this worse is that people are actually buying into this eisegesis. This is the danger of Heiser and how he interprets the Bible, and how he influenced too many people to fall for this kind of foolishness.

Heiser is making the ASSUMPTION / THE PRESUMPTION without any proof - just his own reasoning that when GOD said let us make man in our own image - that HE /GOD was not talking to The SON & THE HOLY SPIRIT.

Eventually I’d make an independent study on Dr. Heiser. It is sad to know that some people have become so hardcore followers of Dr. Heiser, they’ve assumed anything he’d say about doctrinal Biblical facts on essential Bibilcal Christianity, is Biblical facts and cannnot be questioned nor tested to the test of Scripture, creating another group, what I call the HeiserITES. He did excellent job on the Divine Council. But he appeared to have been an Open Theist…..which is not Biblical. As always, use Acts 17:11. Put all people to the test of Scripture, Dr. Heiser is not exemption. Thanks for the video. Simul Justus et Peccator

I also share the concern, I love mike and his work, he's my favorite scholar but my understanding is that he didn't want people forming a denomination around him/his teachings. He wanted to equip other Christians for their work within their own denominations and across denominations. Iirc He's said that he isn't right about everything and that he doesn't think any of us get everything right. without his work I'd be theologically liberal, so I'm thankful to God for him.

You can bet every deed and possession you have and come out ahead on the fact that every time people encounter some new piece of Bible info & perspective, they will immediately declare, "I've ARRIVED!!!" They have not. On a 100 scale, Christianity is at 0-1. Generously considered, Heiser and Mackie push that to 3-4. The entire globe is gripped by the strong delusion...has been for 2000 years...if not longer. You're not even close.

Christianity will fade as will all other man made dogmas. The humanity will experience it's full potential. We are spiritual beings maturing in a physical existence. I agree with Ronn Johnson...Heiser's translation and interpretation of Ps. 81 is fundamentally WRONG. Funny that he bases pretty much everything else he teaches on that erroneous premise. I have been making this point ever since UR came out. That said, most Christian teachers get an F...a low F. Heiser gets a C...maybe a C+ if I'm feeling generous and I squint hard. His willingness to ignore much of Xtian theological history to get at what the Book says was commendable, as far as it went. It didn't go nearly far enough. Tim Mackie gets a B-...but all of these grades are on a generous curve.
