Hi there, sorry this gear has all been sold (regrettably) but it's easy to access all the manuals online. The trick with the lx1200H is the different functions you get when you hold the buttons down for a few seconds. Can't remember them now though I'm afraid, so you'll have to google "lx1200H pdf" and "FB1010 pdf". You should get official manuals ready to go :)

+Andrei Ivan I was going to use the midi pedal to change the presets on the amp. I just don't know how to get the expression pedals and some of the footswitches to work with the amp instead of buying a Sanpera pedal.

There's a bunch of presets when you first plug it in, like a normal multi-fx system. But it can be re-programmed and yes you can assign ptich to the expression pedals. Thanks for watching :)

If the Katana has a midi socket then it should work

It'd be all about setting the midi transmission channels and values to match the Rocktron. I'll be honest, it's complicated but once you've done one it gets much more straightforward. All I can suggest right now though is to get the manual by Googling "Behringer FC1010 PDF"

You'll also need the Rocktron's manual so that you can match up the values on both machines

It has no onboard effects at all, it can only control other effects systems.

No, it can't. You'll need an amp with a MIDI input in order to use this controller. I think you can only use the genuine fender controllers or simple generic switches. Thanks for watching Gearfacts :)

You just plug it into your amp with a midi cable. Your guitar goes into the amp as normal. The FB1010 just changes the effect settings of the amp as you play live. Do you have a Behringer amp or other amp with a midi-in?

i thought you could load effects onto the controller using software and use it as a pedal..?

do you know of a way i can use it through through a computer. like. guitar

James Howard I'm not aware of any way to do that, but with a bit of research on the net, I think there'd be a solution. There'll be a lot of reading and learning to do :/

James Howard Are you wishing to use this to control software effects on a laptop? I have a guitar to usb interface from Behringer which I use to get my guitar sound into the laptop, I then use Guitar Rig to process and apply effects such as wah, distortion and amp emulation. Guitar Rig (like other DAW software) allows you to use a midi controller to enable and control the effects as long as you connect the pedal board to the laptop with a midi to usb cable. The Behringer usb interface has an output next to the guitar input suitable for connecting to an amp. With this sort of set up you are not limited to just controlling a wah pedal, you can use the pedal to morph between two different guitar sounds. IE, you can have the pedal increase distortion while reducing volume to keep things balanced. Plus you've got all the other pedals to toggle various switches on and off. Hope this is useful!

Any amp with midi IN should be ok, but I think it was primarily designed for the behringer LX vampire series.

No, you need midi. This pedal will then control the internal effects in the device.

Hi according to the V-Amp 2 manual with regards to a program change the tuner is set to be triggered at value 127 but I noticed the FCB 1010 went to 128 when I saved that setting Hey presto it worked. Again thanks for getting back.

+Alex “TheTechDoc” Mods You've got to read the manual for this one, bro. Just google the name of it followed by PDF and the manual will probably be the first thing you see. It does need to attach to midi equipment such as behringer amps and some other brands. Also some synths. Definitely read that manual :)

Dam so it does need extra equipment, that sucks, Yeah the manual that came with it was in Spanish for some reason, and when googling I couldn't find anything in the guide one way or the other that said how to actually hook it up, mainly just about how to program it for new sounds, ill keep poking around and see what I can find

It is a controller, it has no sounds or effects built in. You midi it to something that does. Like a sound module or a guitar processor. Then you can use it to change presets or set up in a pedal board configuration.

No it does not. For the footswitch all you need is an amp that can receive a current signal. This is what the TRS FS Outs are for. It doesnt have to be a POS SS amp like yours either. I realize this is an older video, but dont add misinformation when you havent provided any useful information to boot.
