from what i understand, Beijing is looking at it because people like Rahul Gandhi are looking for support, a weak government will benefit China and by proxy possibly the USA

China is sitting on our borders even after a strong government is sitting. So whoever comes we can't push Chinese. Be it congress or BJP. Both failed to deliver
