I mean this in a very kind way. Please cry. Crying releases lots of things. Crying does not mean shame. Someone who shames you for crying is ignorant. If you feel you cry more than others, who cares. Crying can be proactive as well. Keep that in mind. It’s healthy. Trust me. Release those feelings that require a good cry. Have a nice day!

Thank you for your videos I love to watch them when I feel lonely or anxious. Borderline sometimes makes us feelings alone .. even we are not ! It's important to find people like us. have you tried subliminals here on youtube? they help my bpd sometimes (not trying to be unrealistic by any means we will certainly have our days) but they make it a little easier for me some days and I’ll take what I can get ya know what I meeean xD hehehe
