@@SteveAndAlexBuild I gotta say I am blessed that my pain level is so low now, I turned 69 yesterday and am still at it working construction But 25 years ago I almost quit because of lower back pain. After wasting my time at Chiropractic which worked for a short time, then it stopped working. I was ready to go under the knife. Found a specialist who informed me that I didn't need any of that. My lower back was just weak from depending on back braces and cushion lumbar support. I need BACK SCHOOL and physical therapy. After $800 out of pocket and three weeks of "learning" and "strengthening", I felt like a twenty year old again. not 44, When I see you trying to work in so much obvious pain, it reminds me of those dark days when I would be fighting back pain and almost hung it all up. I guess the healthcare system over there is not as great as we thought. With long waiting periods , I guess for the self employed. Over here it's hell expensive with premiums equivalent to mortgage payments. But it is readily accessible to those who can pay.
