my friend told me this the other day "they don't like it when your authenticity is louder than their facade" and you are continuing to live this! I had a similar thing happen to me, very hard but I had to just let it go and let her have her opinions. So in a way, it was good what happened as it led to this video which has helped more people embrace letting go of their expectations from what people portray online - people can only ever know a fragment of who you are. blessings and hugs!

Hi Krystal, I’m happy to see you so natural, you are so beautiful :) I’m going through this transformation in my early 20s right now, thanks to people like you. I can see that I am a little lonely because I had to get rid of toxic friendships, but all my dreams and plans are coming true. You know that you are helping us and I’m sure we all understand that you are still a human that was surrounded by all those influences for the bigger part of life. Thank you for being here :)

Thank you for keeping so much space for others to heal and acknowledging that you cannot pour from an empty cup. There is certainly this wave of "positive thinking only" that is out there and people forget that shadow work and vulnerability are a necessary part of the human experience as well. Sending the love out to you.

Great video. I personally think that when someone opens up to me on all levels, regardless of my vibration, it is a GIFT! The person you speak of is most obviously in a shallow spot. At the end of the day, no matter what Spiritual path we may be on, WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS with feelings! Thanks for sharing ✌️💕

I really appreciate people that allow themselves to be authentic and vulnerable. Sometimes I’d love to speak about my emotions with my friends but I stop speaking about my vulnerabilities after a bit of time. I don’t feel most people feel comfortable listening to it. When I find someone that opens up about it, I say yes! Authenticity is one of the most important characteristics a person has from my point of view. Thanks so much for sharing Krystal ❤️ all my love for you

Thank you for sharing!!! I get really down on myself whenever I feel depressed because I feel like I should be staying positive because I consider myself a lightworker. Then I realize that by being a lightworker, I am also a shadow worker. The light and dark balance themselves and if I don’t dig deep into those bad parts of me and release them then the good parts won’t be able to shine through. Needed this today!! 💕💕💕

I grew up in a beautiful tourist location in northern Michigan but the people there seem to put you in a box, the way you described. “I can't say this, If Im quiet for longer than 10 seconds than I must have a low IQ and I'm not worth liking”. This isn't how I perceive things, it's actually what I've been told by every person I ever had a conversation with in that town, except for two people;. One, my husband (of 2 years )+ partner of the past 12 years, and two, my only friend, who passed away in August. Aside from my husband, I have no one in my life and although I'm spiritual, I'm so lonely. I'm 34 yrs old with a lot of hobbies, im kind, but I don’t know what it’s like to have a conversation with another female and I try every month, for years. Because of this, I’ve now developed intense social anxiety that I start having panic attacks if I try talking to someone. I’m ok with strangers but once there’s a chance I could become friends with someone, I turn into a stuttering Stanley and I pass out.

I realize what you share on your channel is not the complete you. I don't expect it to be, but the intent of your channel is 100% clear. I know you help people and I believe that is your purpose. You are very good at it. Loving someone means being there for the good times, but especially the hard times. I'm sorry your friend disappointed you. Also, you are a stunningly beautiful person. It shines out of you like a spotlight! Makeup or no, there's nothing you can do to change that. On a lighter note, I hope you're happy. You made me late for work.😉 Edit: At work now and realized I didn't acknowledge the courage it took to upload this video. Inspirational! Love you!

So many important messages in this video. You connect with absolute authenticity due to your honesty and vulnerability. I love your self awareness - your ability to let go of attachment so that you are not hooked by egocentric, emotional reaction, whilst still maintaining your ability to honour and explore your true emotional self. Your underlying lesson for people to learn to love and accept themselves, rather than seeking love and acceptance in a partner, is crucial and incredibly valuable in the growth toward happiness and joyful relationships. You are doing such important work here and I am certain that you are touching the hearts of people.

I'm only about six minutes in, but I had to pause and say that I can relate to this. I feel like certain people who only know you from a distance will idealize that image of you, especially if you have spiritual insight, and sometimes being 'human' can actually burst that bubble or ruin the image for that person. It's happened to me a few times and it's confusing every single time it happens. But also, you look beautiful! Thank you for being honest and real. 💜

Your words are so true. We need to remember that what we see online from people (and even celebrities) isn’t all that there is. Everyone has emotions, experiences, and circumstances that aren’t always shared. That is often forgotten I think. You are brave. You are strong. You are compassionate. You are beautiful inside and out. You are an inspiration to me and many others. Send love and send em on their way. Beautiful advice! Thank you for sharing this. Keep your head up. You have many people with you, even from afar. Sending much love and positive vibes always! 💘💘

you are real and you are as you are and those who found love for themselves on different levels will resonate with you too. i had very similar situation and a "friend" also left me for the similar reason and i found relief in it, because only vibrational match works, so she had to go and it was better for both of us and didn't decrease anyone's value at all. thank you for sharing yourself with people. you are appreciated and valued.

I am so happy you posted this video. It's a mirror of what has been going on in my life as well. I have been faced with a lot of pain and grief over these last few weeks. And I also had some people tell me that it was so different then how they were used to seeing me. It played out healthier than your situation, but I remember the feeling when they first said that. I have said some of the exact sentences that you just shared over the last few days. I am grateful for your level of vulnerability. Shanti.

I love and admire you so much Krystal❤ Thank you for this video! I can relate to so many things. And you always say things I've realized myself in life. I struggled with self-identity when I was younger, not knowing who I was cause I was so many things at the same time, and still am. And once my friend told me "You are so multidimensional". And it's true. We all are. Even you said it. I also struggled with the fact that I like makeup, looking good and partying, while at the same time I love spirituality, hugging trees and meditating. I thought I couldn't like all of those things. You've made me realize that I definitely can. I don't have to find a box to fit in. Much love Krystal. ❤❤

The realness is refreshing, beautiful and inspiring. I enjoy the content you usually make, it's beautiful and spiritually uplifting but having a more relaxed, natural, less structured video once in a while is a great reminder that we are all human and no one is perfect, and paradoxically that's what actually makes us perfect

I think it's vital to have spiritual teachers who ARE so open and honest. Expressing our pain and being raw about it is really humanizing. We don't want spiritual teachers who act like their life is perfect and that they are just in this constant state of positivity. It's unrealistic. Thank you, Krystal.

Of course healers need healing too ❤️ we are having a human experience after all, and just because we are in touch with transcendental states where at times suffering appears an illusion, this human, physical reality is just as "real" and that should be acknowledged and respected. In the ideal society, everyone is able to heal others whilst being healed too. Xx

Thank you for this honest video! People really forget that the things which spiritual teachers teach, often the things are, they're still learning themselves. Nobody is perfect, everyone has emotions, ups and downs, that's what makes us a living being. And it's sad to see people think there's not more behind the version of yourself, you choose to show on the internet. I wish you all the best and hope you'll receive the positive energy! ❤️🌼

you're shining so bright like this, thanks for sharing your vulnerable self, I can relate to your rawness (not sure it's english) and find it very important to start showing up as our raw selves in different moments and places in our lives to inspire others that they are safe to be their raw self and as valid strong confident and beautiful as if they would be 'normally' wearing make up or artefacts, covers etc (for men as an example). Thanks for showing a path that to me is very needed for this current state of the world we are in. Namaste divine sister

You think I don't know much about you, but your light shines through in your good times and bad experiences that stir my emotions because you are real. And you don't need to use makeup because you are beautiful inside and out with or without it.

Thank you for speaking your truth and being so candid. When you mention putting people in boxes, and expecting them to be a certain way, it reminds me I do that to myself as well. Creating a persona where I try to please everyone. And the true self is out of sync with this persona. Either way, inner or outer when putting self or others in boxes, I have also found it leads to unhappiness and pain. You inspire me to get stronger and try to align the outer and the inner. Thank you for sharing.

Thank you for sharing this Krystal! I hope you know it really does help the rest of us who go through similar things. I can't help but comment about the story you've shared. I agree that people have a right to remove themselves from situations or friends if they feel it's not benefiting them. What I don't agree with is people treating their friends as their personal therapists. It can be a great way to bond when both parties share their vulnerabilities and difficulties. So I don't understand when the expectation of a friend is to receive support and healing and yet not have to give back in return just because someone seems to be dealing with things better.

Aloneness is oneness. Outside forces cause us to fold and bend as a one into a magnet and when released the vibration in order to go back to being a calm self is never easy. Its erratic. We dance as ones until we tire. And we all tire. You are a beautiful soul and your role is demanding. 💜

First of all, I really appreciate your honesty and your authenticity, I know hight rightly that it takes an immense amount of courage to talk openly about an incident that affected badly your emotions. And secondly , if she couldn't understand your "complains" about life , that really reflect how much work she must devote herself into; she needs to fully comprehend that life isn't just perefct all the time , people go through a plethora of things during the day , and is it our job to maintain a healthy balance , and it is more than okay to express how we feel openly, we don't need to pretend to guarantee other's approval. I m sorry to express abruptly my perspective. But I think that there is a woefully great misjudgment on her behalf. You are amazing ,and i do wholeheartedly appreciate your amazing teachings

Sorry that it was in a rough way life that, but it’s great that you have the ability to release emotions effectively and safely, sounds like you’ve had a lot on your plate! Being a yoga teacher myself that suffers from major anxiety issues, people especially friends would be like “You’re a yoga teacher you shouldn’t be bothered by anxiety and such.” As you said we’re not superheroes and are still human. This former friend has a serious lack of self awareness and I'm so sorry you had to to deal with that! You were judged unfairly and harshly. There is a reason that virtually every spiritual practice tells us not to judge ourselves or others. It is so very important that we find a well grounded teacher we can trust on our spiritual paths, otherwise we'll chase our own mental concepts down some strange and potentially dark paths. I hope your friend learns this someday and realizes how she hurt you. I also hope you find peace in this situation. Prayers for your friend who is ill and prayers that you can be able to adopt their child and help!

I appreciate the experiences I had with her, I wish her love in life and I have been ready to move forward and focus on the relationship with my inner self, and connect with whoever the universe brings me. And surprisingly, I’ve been feeling closer to a few other people, and I have been feeling closer with myself, which is an amazing feeling. Your video was super relatable. @meganknarrvioletstarshinea2408
Thank you so much for this video. It is SO important to accept ourselves in every form of us. It's hard to be vulnerable so I appreciate you sharing this time. I have so many issues with friendship now that I'm in this realm with venting and such. That's a big part of my process but people don't always want that. I love what you said about healers need a space held for them as well. I hope you can find a friend to provide that space. I would be there if I were closer.:)

Thank you so much for this Krystal! It took me a bit to find friendships that had an incredible depth of love. Last year a person I had been friends with for over 10 years was so hurtful in her words cause I wasn't a Christian anymore. But...it opened doors for me to focus on people who loved me no matter what. I have a small circle of friends (I've always been that way). We love and support each other. Even if we are are hurting, we always lend an ear cause we bond and that's how we love each other. We can laugh our asses off, cry our eyes out, and take naps when we hang out 😂. We just don't mind! We call ourselves a FRamily. And that will come to you I believe! 💚💚💚 And heal up fam! You've got this! Love you Krystal! Thank you for being the goddess that you are! 🌻💜🍃

Glad you came out with a video with you being vulnerable. I think that's exactly what you had to do. Maybe your friend was just your external reality imitating your internal vulnerability letting you know that maybe you do have some judgments about being vulnerable to others but your intuition lead you to releasing that in the best way possible which was to make a video about it :). You're beautiful!

Hi Krystal. Thank you for sharing your moment, being open & vulnerable. I am 49 y/o, and in a pretty yuck place in my life. 4 days ago I ended a 3 1/2 year relationship, and it’s my 4th (serious) relationship. I definitely learned a lot about myself & saw a side of me that I didn’t like. One thing my “ex” said to me, more than once, was that I had abandonment issues. I had never had anyone say that to me before? Well, tonight I decided to find out what that meant exactly? And I found your video, where you did a wonderful job explaining it. I felt a sense of relief in a way. I found that yes, I would say I fall under the Avoidance style, and my ex falls under the Anxious style. It made so much sense why we were in conflict all the time! But it also helped me to reflect back on all of my previous failed relationships, and understand why I bailed out on every single one! Knowing the root cause was easy, my mother disappeared when I was 5, followed by a few years in foster care. Out of the 3 of us kids (me the oldest) only one of my two brothers stayed with me and the other brother, he was adopted by a nice family. By age 26, both of my brothers died. The one I grew up with committed suicide, the other died from pneumonia. And that was the root, literally. I won’t explain my life story, but wanted to take a moment, one woman to another, and say thank you. For doing what you do. I am excited to watch more of your content and learn about how to manage my avoidance style. As well as learn how to love myself, and how to be alone! I’m terrified! I really have never been alone! I’m thankful that there’s tools out there, like your videos, to help people in their journey. Big hugs to you & thank you for being an inspiration to me & many others! XO, Angela from Seattle ♥️♥️♥️

I just have to say that you are such a beautiful giving soul , and an absolutely transparent teacher to many. That being said you are a big giver and you give too much to people who may not be ready to receive. I believe the fallout with your friend was a perfect time for you to realize that you haven't been giving enough to yourself. You do too much love! I feel this might be the perfect time for you to take a break from all your projects and just do you. This is just my personal opinion ofcourse. You deserve to have someone hold space for you especially when your holding space for so many. Much love to you @krystalaranyani. 💕🙏🏼💕

OMG thank you for talking on how we go through so many personalities because of our cycles. Mines so predictable at this point lol... like "oh my period just ended, im going to not as much from my friendships/relationships. im not feeling emotions as intensely" or when im ovulating im a social butterfly, very sensual. so emotional as well
