That struck me too. He has none of the bitterness or anger that most guys in his situation exhibit. Instead, he's developed this incredible empathy and understanding of the human condition. The world would be an infinitely better place if we could all learn to be a little more like him.

Something id like to adress on the later part of this video: What im trying to say is that girls and guys dont have it equaly. Most girls i have been in contact with that have dissablities/ or are socialy considered unatractive due to bad facial features or un-healthy weight etc, still have lots of guys interessted in them, while most unatractive guys never have anyone interessted in them. Girls often have more options and if they would decide to go with their spiritual side/heart more and change views on things they could relatively fast/easy find a good partner to settle down with, while guys dont have that luxuary. On the other hand, cause girls have this priviledge in life they often get harassed and hated on, (often) without any reasson, they also stuggle with friends and sutch while unatractive guys often can find friends and happiness in other things, Life and gender have its own perks and ups/downs. Thats all i was trying to say, and ofc its different for most people. -- Anyway personaly i have had options to meet people and get dates and sutch, i have decided to turn most of them down. If i was dessperate for fysical love and just not beeing alone i would had stayed with my ex. What i want is to be happy, and the only way i could ever be happy is by sharing my life with someone who spiritualy is on the same level as me. For me it isn´t even fine line, it is a very bold one. I probaby would be never alone, if I wished so. However, a relationship, that bases on sexual intercourse is not a relationship worth the effort. I can masturbate to compensate that desire. I should mention, that the viewpoint i explained is ideal. It is not possible to drop off physical appearance totally. It is due our physical reducability of life, that we cannot escape the animal instincts. For example and like he mentioned, there are studies that link attractive appearance with a loads of favorable situations in live, even in situations, where appearance is not the slightest of importance. And this is where the tragedy begins. Although we live in an era of the mind, we cannot turn off the fact, that we are intelligent monkeys and our evolutionary development as a species includes the premise, that ugliness is linked to disease. We actually live in a society which makes living under all conditions possible, but our evolutionary developted mind, lags behind. So that rudimentary link is left behind and hinders our sheer mentally well-being.

Dont lie, sure he can optimize his looks by working out, by clothes etc. but he is limited to the looks he gained thru his genes. Nobody can fix his genes, this is a cruel reality.
I lost my right leg at birth. I did not learn to walk until I was 3. By the time I started kindergarten, I was teased and bullied quite often. My father forced me to fight my bullies, if I did not fight back he would beat my ass. This led to a semi violent childhood where I was in the receiving end of a beat down several times. EVERY time I would fight, I would feel guilty regardless of the outcome, this led to an Ulcer at the age of 20. When I reached 21, I had enough of that violent crap and started using my voice to fight back. I learned from this I am pretty quick witted and this was much better than a bloody nose or black eye. I know for fact that many do not see me as attractive. I walk with a limp and missing limbs freaks some people out. I am ok with this, I attact females with my personality. Most men who look great are very depressed when they age and the looks disappear, but you and I will always have our character, that will never fade. I leave you with one quetion. What would you rather have, extremely good looks, or not so great looks, yet you would rescue a child from a burning house? For me, I pick the ladder. Stay cool my friend. Learn to love who you are, now what you look like.

Ryan Greig I never once told him to do these things for female attention. Fuck that. These are things he should be doing for himself. I shared personal insight that has worked for me in the past that’s helped me feel more fulfilled and satisfied with my life. People should at least attempt to share and accept insights from each other because there is some value in these contributions. Looks are subjective, and apparently the majority genuinely think he’s ugly (primarily his face). You can claim I’m full of shit or whatever, but I don’t think his face is that ugly. I guess I’m part of the 5% that thinks he’s not bad looking. Needs some work? Yes. But to say that hitting the gym, eating right, switching up your style, being more hygienic, and learning to be more confident in yourself doesn’t improve your overall look is a load of crap. I’ve seen many guys that have none of those qualities score at least a couple women. It’s quite surprising, but true. I know it can be discouraging, but you have to shift the focus from love and women to building yourself up and finding solace in being alone. It builds character because you have nobody to face but yourself. You become more self-aware and confident in yourself as a person. Confidence and self-love alone is curative.

Just start small, get a haircut. Try some new glasses, the outdated frames aren't really helping. Try the black 'hipster' style frames instead. Stop dressing like a teenager. Those years are over. Go out and buy some dress shirts, hell go and get a 3 piece suit. Baggy clothes will always make you look bad. Try to be more athletic, pushups and running will go a long way. Only after you've done all of that should you even think about surgical intervention. I really think the only thing could possibly be your teeth/jaw. but you're actually lucky because that can be explained away as a necessary medical procedure. Have you actually checked it with a dentist? it could be that it really is necessary.

Mate, I think the only thing that is mega problematic in terms of your appearance is your recessed jaw. I think if you got jaw surgery (a very common procedure), you'd instantly become much more attractive, as it would bring your chin forward. You may also want to consider jawline implants. But I think that's as far as I'd go in terms of any plastic surgery, and that the rest is very much within your control. You should try rocking a different shorter hairstyle, because the long, greasy look isn't very appealing. Also, I see there are a lot of blemishes on your skin. Consider starting a skincare regimen, with regular moisturiser, sunscreen and retinoid applications. And for goodness sake, lose the glasses and get contacts. If you can't wear contacts, then get something more hip/stylish, as your current specs are the type typically worn by middle aged men. Finally, if you want to grow a beard, consider using minoxidil. It's typically used to prevent male pattern baldness, but can also be applied to the face to stimulate facial hair growth. You seem like a genuinely nice person, who strives to remain positive in life. Keep up with that mindset, whilst taking what I say into account :) I wish you the best of luck!

Fortunately for this guy there are practical steps he can take to improve his appearance, which despite costing a bit of money, are easily achievable and will prove to be a great investment in the long run. I truly wish him the best, and can't imagine he'll be held back given his realistic attitude.
SpicyMeat Entertainment There’s also testosterone therapy - which could help with his beard and possibly his jaw. He’s said before that he has been diagnosed with low T. He may not even need invasive surgery, but perhaps just some orthodontics to correct an overbite. I don’t have any personal experience with the jaw/bite problem and I’m no doctor, so I couldn’t say why exactly the problem is there. One thing at a time. He seems like he’s on the right track. Good to see him wearing the back brace. That’s so important - correct spine issues ASAP or it won’t be long before you’re in agony every day. I don’t think he needs to lose he hair or glasses though. I think that’s a personal preference and I think those particular things look good. I even like his nose which he’s expressed distaste for before. We’re all our own worst critics, huh?

I see a lot of me in you. I'm a narcissist and my friend once said "You look the way you look, get past it". I don't tell many people this, but i spend a lot of time looking at myself in the mirror. Much more than any normal person, I think about all the time I have wasted just looking at myself and think "I could have done something productive". I am 21 years old now and I have never had a girlfriend or even a kiss because I am so self obsessed. I never went to any high school dances, skipped prom. I just couldnt be bothered to go. Every female I become friendly with calls me handsome, cute, hot etc. but they seem like a waste of time to me. I have heard these compliments for so long, at this point I am numb. Despite this, I have been insecure about my nose for 7-8years and I went through my second nose job 1 month ago; I am still healing. The doctor said he has done everything he could do to achieve what I want and it still doesn't look right to me. You talk about constantly pushing your jaw forward, I constantly flex my jaw You say your nose is bulky, mine was aswell and I still think it is "Cool dude, so what?" We are similar because we both dwell on our looks and spend time acknowledging it. Good looks doesn't give me secret powers, I'm no sex machine and I don't want to be. And good looks most certainly does not imply confidence. Some people have to get bad genes, the same way someone has to get cancer and someone has to grow up in a broken home. Life is sorrow, life is tragedy. For me, that is fact. You look the way you look, nothing will majorly change that. We both need to stop focusing so much on our looks because what does it bring us? Suffering if anything.
Well put. Narcissism is a serious problem that is not your fault inherited by parents who are unable to be vulnerable. It can be changed but not until it is recognized for what it is, weakness. True strength comes from caring more about what you think of yourself than what others think of you. It is the only way to have true thoughtful actions and motivations outside of impressing others. Having your life dictated by others is what beta males do, even if you make it look good on the surface as narcissists often times do.

I try to keep it brief as to not look like a complete asshole, although, sometimes I get sad and think "If I didn't have looks what would I value in myself?". Getting old and wrinkled scares the absolute shit out of me. Yes, the superiority complex is definitely the leading factor steering me away from relationships. Always thinking "I'm better without them", even though I fully acknowledge that 21 years without allowing someone in enough for a kiss is strange and unusual. My friends think it is, my mom thinks it is, my family thinks it is. I would say that I care more about this than I ever have before, and it is increasing. But it is still not enough for me to do anything about it and may not be for a long time. Perhaps it is because my father cheated on my mother after 21 years of marriage (when I was 15), It all seems like a waste to me, my mother often talks about how she wasted her golden years with a man leading a double life behind her back.

dude, you have discovered a niche that millions of people can empathize with. take it all the way to the bank. choose your video theme, write your dcript beforehand and become a celebrity. you could do it in 6 months. 3 videos a week. you can do it.
I have to disagree, I think having and consistently wearing nice clothes makes you more attractive in general. People don't really seem to get this and will just wear whatever, but it's a HUGE step in the right direction. Get nice, well fitting clothes that aren't too flashy. I go with a simple black fitted tshirt or v-neck and some jeans. Simple is often better until you really get to know yourself and your style, which will just happen over time. Not only do nicer clothes make you come off as more attractive, they are also a decent confidence boost. Another thing is cologne and deodorant, and just general hygiene. Shower every day, shampoo and conditioner every 2-3 days. Brush your teeth, floss, maybe mouthwash, put on some nice clothes, and then some cologne and deodorant and that goes a LONG way both in your general attractive-ness and just self confidence. Do this every day. Haircut as well. You can even keep the long hair, just go to a stylist and get it touched up, maybe put in some layers or something to make it look less matty and more trimmed and up kept. Just maintaining a nice haircut; short or long, will also go a long way. As for the glasses, there isn't much you can do if you've tried the other options. There are like 5 basic frames and generally you want to pick one that suits your face shape. Also size, if you have a smaller face you want smaller glasses. Next thing is posture and exercise. It seems like you're working on your posture and exercising, which is good, the only thing I can add is to start and maintain a good diet. A lot of people think dieting is only for fat people, but that just ain't so. You can diet to put on more weight as well, or to help cut off body fat percentage, etc. I'm personally dieting to put on weight, I'm around 150-155 and I'm aiming for 175-180. For my height (6'0) and the body I'm trying to achieve through working out, that's a pretty good weight range to be and I'm working towards it. Another thing; make sure you're doing the right kind of exercises. Some people will say they exercise when in reality they go for a 20 minute jog once a day. This is not bad; if you're trying to cut back on weight or trim up a little, this is a good place to start, but that's all it is. A start. At the end of the day, you seem really stuck on your face. I admit, these things aren't going to change the way your face looks, except maybe working out. But does that mean you shouldn't do them? Absolutely not. Drill these things into your day to day and you will come out a better and more generally attractive person for it. The face may be a pretty big thing when it comes to how attractive you are, but it's not the be all end all. Not only will the things I've mentioned here help you look more attractive, it will build your confidence; to varying degrees but it will happen nonetheless. All in all, though, I wish you the best of luck. I hope you will take at least some of my advice and I hope that at least something here helps you or someone else. I'm not the most attractive person, but these things have definitely helped me.

Exactly, how u look no matter if you are beautiful or not into the standard of the society, if you dont look clean, if your hair are messy and dont smell nice, it's not going to help. I really like watching your videos. It makes me happy to see that there are still guys like you that looks way past the appearance and looks more into the soul. However I would like to point out that there are girls out there (me included) that don't have these astronomically high standards of men. You still found a date/ went out/ had sex ( i assume). While it sucks you were cheated, what he experiences is the complete inability to even do that. I will go out on a limb and say that wasn't your only boyfriend and, while that is fine, you have to admit that that is a completely different experience.
Honestly, you're not all that bad looking. Like, for real. You look like a nerd but some people don't have a problem with that. You kinda look like young John Carmack. Really only extremely shallow people have standards like "my man needs to be big and muscular and personality doesn't matter". Just meet with female friends and some of them might date you. Serious question, considered getting a testosterone treatment? That combined with working out on a regular basis might help you out. If you have low levels and it affects you it might be a possibility to get it through your doctor. old men or those with low testosterone get it from their doctor.

It’s not that easy. Think about it what is there to do with 0 physical and mental motivation as well as 0 interaction and love and on top of that your depressed. There is no one real telling you that you have done good or bad.

I already tried to change a person I loved, but this person rejected, incapsulated witin itself and left in the agony of overwhelming self-hatred. Don´t resigne, focus on the things that do not depend on others - since they always could retreat and the consequence is being alone with yourself...

Brother, good souls are out there. You won't find them in your bedroom playing video games. I know you need an escape and video games provide a great distraction, but please invest in yourself more, learn more, get into shape. You may have health problems but you seem well enough to go jogging and do some pushups. You will thank yourself in a year's time if you exercise regularly. The more you invest in yourself, the more you will start taking small steps in being social IRL, and that is where you will find good souls. my health issues are troubble breathing and cronicall illness ( feeling of constantly needing to throw up ). Thise two combined ruin most of my exersize rutines.. So, no its not that easy.. Waiting on medical examinations atm. Thinking positively tho =)
@@NeverGiveUp-Main What does your diet consist of? Are you eating plenty of nutrient-dense greens, nuts and seeds? I recommend spending half an hour just googling "most nutrient rich foods", it's a cliché at this point but there is a reason people always say that a healthy diet is key. Spinach, oranges, almonds, chickpeas, broccoli, all of that good stuff.
Not everybody here is watching because they are in a similar position you know... I think it's important that you realize that some of us see that you have got a strong voice and a bright soul. That is were your true potential lies. There is something out there simply waiting for you to translate that energy into and when you do, you *will* move people.
You got to build confidence bro. Learn to take care of yourself. Start with getting a haircut, exercise/workout, and eat more. Focus on yourself and your wellbeing.

I've never been on a date before (20 years old). I've never had the confidence to do so. Although no one has ever actually put me down which i am blessed for, I've put myself down to such a point that I have no motivation left, just sadness and loneliness.
i am the same. i had a thing with 2 girls, but that was only online. i was in love, but i know that i would have never had the courage to actually meet them in real life, even though the relationship i had with them was amazing. since the last relationship was over i have no motivation to do anything, no passion, no interests besides music and video games. when i am not sad, i feel dead inside. i am lonely all the time.
Same. For 20 years I didn’t date. I’m currently 22. I did date someone before turning 21 and it was not good. It’s like those awkward first. I heard it before but I didn’t think it would happen to me 🤔. I mostly dated the guy because I was pressured by my family, friends. I thought he was cute and smart. But we just weren’t it. So my advise is don’t rush let it happen naturally. And don’t just go for it because of the looks. Personality really matters.

it feels like your whole purpose in life is to get a girl that will complete you and make you whole. and that is what I feel is your biggest mistake. The fact that you used to workout and eating healthy and then gave up because people weren't attracted to you just means that your base was unstable. You should be whole all along, you ARE whole, and no one can complete you, you can only share yourself, share your life, and share some experiences with someone else. The fact that you don't take care of yourself because "there is no one to do it for" is wrong. you should take care of yourself BUT in the way that you want to. if you like long hair, keep it. if you like being skinny, do it. If you want muscle, workout. As long that is something that makes you happy. I know that is hard and you feel strongly unmotivated. But I struggled with something that made me feel powerless once, and I have found that when I just stop thinking of the consequences, and stopped thinking and just did what I felt was right, I got a confidence boost. I got that boost because I knew how much I was struggling and felt empowered by my actions, and just kept doing more and more stuff, really trying to turn my mind off and not think about it. Later, I started doing things that made me happy, like cooking, for instance. and then I started taking care of myself. I took careful showers, really treasuring my skin, and started eating healthy to nourish my mind and my body, which produced my sense of respect. I went on for some months, and I felt like I needed no one, but was glad to share me with other people. I felt like my own boyfriend. And I started loving life, Loving people, loving myself. Easy for you to say if you've had a normal romantic life. I'm in my 30s now and I couldn't give two shits about women paying attention to me or not, haven't dated in years, but that is because I had a regular sexual and romantic life throughout my teens and 20s, I acquired enough experience so that I don't have any doubts and very little desire, have felt loved and appreciated many times. I can't imagine what it must feel for an adult to never have felt these kinds of things. Easy for someone like me to say "why do you care so much about girls?" but this guy have NEVER felt reciprocated, and the only experiences he's had have been extremely shitty, out of abuse and whatever little thing he can cling on. He needs to experience a normal sex and love relationship so he can finally get it out of his system and move on, it is not his whole purpose in life, he's clearly a very intelligent person but the lack of affection and experience is really getting to him at this point, and it's really understandable.

I could relate you too much bro, like you, I am unacttractive guy too, and i experienced of what you have experienced, by the way I am a Filipino, maybe we have different culture but this kind of problem is common to all of those people who experiencing of this kind of problem, I alway feel insecure to my friends and any guy who are attractive, everytime I saw girls flirting with them, smiling with them, enjoying conversation with them, while those girls treat me opposite. I heard many many advice and I followed but not effective... Now, i know what I want and I know what is the solution, "PLASTIC SURGERY"... maybe it is an artificial and different from if you are good looking by nature, but i think it brings possitive response atleast, and there's no other best remedy than this. My problem is I can't afford plastic surgery right now, as a surgeon recommended of what kind of surgery appropriate to me it costs more or less 10,000 dollars, that's why I'm working hard to raise money to afford with that.. dude, the first step is to being to love yourself, the problem is with plastic surgery, sure it can make you look better, but if your mind isnt in the right place, you will never feel attractive. Instead of doing shit so other people like you, do it for yourself being to lift, its really helps. if you have problem with your jaw and other facial stuff before plastic surgery, look into orthotropics and mewing.

Seems like a nice guy. I'm still amazed and confused by the first video though. He said something like 400-500 girls rejected him when he was 15-17. I'm not sure I've even talked to that many people in my life at 27 years old. Good luck with your search.
