I don’t live in UK, I am not in the market for any appliance or vacuum whatsoever. But I can’t get over how great this guys voice is. He needs to get a job reading bedtime stories, if selling appliances doesn’t work out.
I’ve got this fridge, and I really like it. No frills, and plenty of space. However, it is very noisy, and I can hear it in the next room, which is annoying. I don’t remember any fridge I’ve had before being so loud. I’ve got a thermometer in both the fridge and the freezer, and both show optimum temperature, ie. between 3-5 degrees C. Engineer said it’s OK as it is. However, I’ll definitely try putting a bit of carpet underneath, to see if that helps. Thanks for the video.
Beko should give this guy a job! Excellent explaining - thank you. I actually just got an integrated Beko installed. The doors weren’t “sticking” closed that well so the installer and I decided not to put the big long strips over the door seams, is that OK? It closed way better without them and requires much more of a tug to open; but now a little worried the strips were important for keeping germs out? Or preventing condensation? But so far so good,
You should be ok, i would say it is more important to make sure the door shuts properly and create a proper seal for the door to shut on to. Thanks for the great feedback though.
Frost free fridge freezers have a cooling fan in the fridge and one in the freezer or slits in the fridge so it can blow cold air in to the fridge compartment
Please help: We have received this model yesterday. We plugged it in and made sure it's not too close to the wall. However, its been more than 24 hrs , and its still not getting cold even though its turned up to 4. What can we do? The freezer section is even warm rather than icy cold. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
The only way is to turn it off and let the ice defrost naturally or with a hairdryer if you are very careful to speed up the process. Don't use anything like a screwdriver to get rid of the ice as you can easily puncture the side of the cavity of the fridge freezer.
I have the same fridge and a problem turn out. The food in the fruit compartment and above it had frozen and i had to throw it away. It is set on 3 and i realy dont know what is the problem. Can u help with an advice on what step to take .
Just make sure nothing is touching the back wall of the fridge. It can freeze if it touches the back wall, but apart from that, it may be a faulty thermostat.
Sometimes Frost free fridge freezers can make odd noises that sound like a horn or even a cow which is really odd, but despite it sounding odd, it can be classed as normal by the manufacturers. may be worth having a word with Beko just to make sure though
HELP HELP My CCFM1582W Fridge Freezer has started to freeze the food and liquids on the bottom shelf above the crisper even though the temperature is set to MIN. What can I do to stop this ?

I would have liked more info on the dish at the back to give advice about leaks. Mine is only a year old and the dish needs emptying every week. Where can I get help? As I did not register after I purchased to get get customer service
In a frost free appliance the fan will switch on and off during it's normal use. If you are defrosting the freezer, then yes you will need to remove the food from the freezer.
Only had my fridge/freezer a couple of months but the fridge has got a block of ice forming on the back wall of the fridge, everything is really cold so not sure if I’ve got the setting wrong, it’s stood in my kitchen and is a warmish house any help would be appreciated
I’ve turned my fridge down now on between 1 and 2 and still I’m getting a ball of ice forming at the back, says 7.2 temp any more suggestions welcome thank you
Hi good afternoon sir i just have moved in new flat and beko ccfm1582 almost brand new condition but it not cooling and freezing too so what is fault for it? And i call one guys he said comperser is working but might me gas is over? Please help me find solution
The control should be at the top of the fridge for this model. If its not working then it would only really be the compressor that's at fault which is quite expensive to get repaired.
How to replace the LED? Do I replace the full Thermostat housing as part #5907740400 or just the LED only. Does the clear plastic cover pop off then or need the whole unit removed?
My Biko bcd173 fridge/freezer although says is frost free on the lower shelf behind the drawer has a thick layer of ice… can you give us any advice please
I purchased a Beko Frost free fridge freezer 3 and a half years ago. A few months ago ice has started to form under the bottom drawer of the freezer. This has happened several times since then. Its sitting in a fairly warm kitchen and i have the temperature at 2 and a half. Would you suggest turning the tempersture up or defrosting ? Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.
For the fridge, is 1 warmer than 7? I’ve tried different temperatures ranging from 1-7 but my fridge still doesn’t seem to get cold enough and milk etc has been getting spoilt pretty fast.
