As others have noted there doesn't seem to be any way to reset the trip (DST) setting to zero without resetting all the display modes, including the ODOmeter. The directions state to toggle to the DST setting and hold the right and left button together for 3 seconds. Tried that numerous times to no avail. Other than that the computer works fine for me. Update: The included instructions are incorrect. You reset the trip (DST) by pressing the left button for 2 seconds when in the DST mode. This is explained in the .PDF manual at the bellgarage site here: www.thebellgarage.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/Bell-Console-100-150-Cycling-Computer-Manual.pdf
I too want to know how to reset the readings without having to set up the initial tire revolution. I want to be able to track my daily distance, time, speed, etc. Is this possible on the this device?
I bought the exact same model but I don’t understand how to reset the trip without having to ré-entre all the information again if someone can help that would be great
same i have the same issue the photo shows the thing facing the spokes from inside the fork and says 2mm max dist.. between the fork and the spoke. that's bull@#$% there is no way that can be right..
@@MarvinMcKenziePreacher it was even advertised as waterproof...night riding is really horrible with this thing, but it is accurate on point. it's been a 6/10 product for me night riding is a big part of my commuting.
My does the same , the paper Manuel it came with it said to"hold the right and left button down for 3 sec to reset" but and their is a function to reset the whole thing .........wait for it ......"hold both buttons down for 2 sec" .....wtf?
Does anyone know how, if it is possible, to individually reset each of the readings, ie. the odometer without having to reset the entire set up? The almost unusable instructions did not address this. Thanks.
Unfortunately this computer did not last through the second rain we had in this area. It wasn't even a terrible rain. I have decided to use my iphone and Strava and Mapmyride. They get the job done for me. I don't remember how to reset the computer. I had to do it once.
i have one and my buddy has one they don't work at all, we get time and that is it. it wont read at all and we have mountain bikes.. we went for a good 6 mile ride at a camp ground so the thing had more than enough distance time and speed to calculate.. nothing and it is set up just like the 1 page of photos says and the photo says 2mm max distance between spoke and fork.. i'm like thats bull@#$%. looks like im out 15 bucks for something that doesn't work
@@brantsengill9200 it's accurate for me, I've rode past those police set up speed traps with the signs posting your speed and it matches the bike computer, I even put them in mag wheels which was a task but not a hard one to accomplish.
Bought a used bike with Dashboard 150 already installed but do not know how to reset for distance. The speed I'm pedaling shows fine. I am just interested in distance, nothing else computer-fancy, just how far I've gone. Then to erase for next ride & start distance over.
