Nice work! Plastic kits are a bit heavy for this purpose, but the detail is high. You might try an scale fuselage from Heli Scale Quality, they are made from PET film and lightweight. You can combine them with parts of the Revell kit to add detail.
Thank you! Yes, the PET foil fuselages are definately lighter and you can achieve more flying time. My motivation and joy of doing these conversions is to see these models flying, although they were not designed for that purpose.
@@heliscalerk3614 Allright, i see. You might love to try OMP M2 mechanism then. It offers a lot more power than Blade`s 230S offers, wich is allready a lot better than 200SRX.
Nice conversion, I still have the original version of that Revell kit (also 1/32 scale) I might get around to doing this once I've built my 2 bigger ones (UH1-B and UH1-D at 600 size) :)
