"I think the biggest compliment that we’ve had so far is all of our guests who have lived in Italy, or traveled to Italy, who come in and try our food and say it’s just like what they tasted back in Europe," Johnson said.
Guest Sylvia Cook raves about her experience at Bella Gusto, and specifically the spaghetti and meatballs. "They are phenomenal, they are juicy. Plus, the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly."
Guest Mark Lewis enjoyed the Cacio e Pepe. "You could tell that the noodles were handmade, and then the sauce, and then they came out and put extra cheese, two different kinds of cheese instead of just the cheese that was advertised."
Guest Daniel Laufer started with the Burrata and the Phoenix South. "The burrata was kind of a really nice piece of mozzarella cheese there with a sweetened savory of apricot jam and then some Kale," Laufer told us.
