I had front row tickets to see Tommy and 3 hours before the concert an emergency came up and I didn't even get to go😭😭. That will haunt me forever!

I discovered the Endless Road album when I was in high school, around 2011. This is my favorite song from the album and one of my favorite acoustic songs of all time.

My first ever concert was seeing Tommy play the journey in a small country town in East Gippsland around 30 years ago. I was 13 or 14 years old and totally star struck when he appeared on stage.

One of my favorite TE tunes no Q ! That was just wonderful, as always. That old version where you say "come on, come on" after a slightly imperfect D change, & where it seems you were in front of a small unenthusiastic audience is thE best version I ever heard of this song, even though the audio is only so/so. & there is a version of this out there somewhere of you going off on this tune on a nylon that was literally ON FIRE, not the duet version. A living legend !

You're playing a Maton there right?? Don't see many of them in my neck of the woods but sounds wonderful. Can I ask, do you hear the music before you write a piece or does it somehow write itself?
