Pls clarify, you said the pork can be marinated with soy sauce and pineapple juice overnight. Then to make it crispier, rub the roll with salt and let it sit overnight in fridge. That is 2 days in fridge?
Sorry i meant to do marinate the pork with soy and pineapple juice for an hour or so, then roll pork. wipe skin then rub with salt and chill overnight in fridge to dry skiin. Sorry for confusion.

180°C for the first 2 hours, tapos po itaas ang temp to 200°C para ma achieve yung desired na kulay ng skin (ito po kailangan niyo lang estimate kung ok na yung kulay ng skin para sa inyo)

I tried this recipe kaso medyo palpak ung gawa ko, yung skin niya nasunog kabuwisit kc yung pinagbantay ko sabi ko tignan at baka masunog gawa ng may dumating akong bisita aba yung nagbantay hinintay na mangitim ung skin bago hinaon sa oven. Hindi pa daw sunog yun gaga. Naimbyerna ako ng slight😅 pero infairness masarap at sobrang juicy! Next time hindi ko na papabantay sa iba para siguradong di masunog
Hi chef! You mentioned that at home, you dont roll it anymore, but just lay it flat in the pan with the veggies under the pork. Question, do you include the marinade in the baking pan?
