Yes..this is very effective..im doing it from last 15 days and there is lot of difference i can see and feel. I started with 30 times and incresing gradually ❤

Day 1 : this exercise 50 times Regular workout for 15 mins Day 2: still same (maintaining a proper diet) It was still the same as day 5 Day 8 i started finding ease in doing it Day 15 i lost 1 kg and my bust feels light Day 16-18 my leg feels so much pain joints hurt And day 21 i lost 2 kg my size is 32 now it was 35 inch before
This exercise is for back + shoulders and train the flexibility 😂 +Advice because i saw this video : if you want to become slim what you have to do it's just run run untill you can't run anymore daily and eat less that's it you have to work your ass a little bit

Great workout but remember to stretch first before doing this, as it puts a lot of pressure on the knees and back. First you should stretch and warm up those joints and muscles.

You can't target a single body area for fat reduction. Targeted workouts don't work, you have to do for the whole body to tone down the area you want to.
