In India i must say girls ,teenagers must be aware about this doing breast well exercises put them in shape and develop well which basically distinguishes a female from male the primary part is breasts and vegan ,protein rich diet is mandatory be proud to have bigger breasts,
You can't get firm underarm.. long explanation why not but just look at bodybuilders and Profesional athletes...with age it will be flabby unless you will gain lots of weight and you body's weight destitution such as you accumulate your weight in the upper body

If you would like to have your breasts look perkier work on the upper back muscles to improve posture. I’m a physical therapist. Most women have tight pectorals that pull the breasts forward. Overworking the front of the body pulls the shoulders forward and creates a forward bent posture making your breasts look lower. Stretch the pects first then strengthen middle traps, rhomboids and back extensors. The back clapping was the only one that does that here.
It won't make your breat perky. breats are above pectoral muscles and fold by Cupers ligaments. No amount of exercise will make these ligaments "strong" will not increase firmness or increase size, decrease the size of breasts. Weight lost my help to decrease the size of breasts
I'm paralyzed from the waist down so I can only do upper body exercises so stuff like this is perfect for me. If you could do more upper body stuff like for abs that would be great.

I did this exercises ages ago consistently, like everyday without fail and in 1/2 months the shape changed drastically so they definitely work. And I didn’t do all of them either mostly the one where u squeeze ur palms together and the elbow holding one .

After 15 time I feel pain in my shoulder muscles how can it is possible to do 100 times. At the beginning is it ok to do till I feel pain in my muscles. Exercise 1,5 is difficult. It's mu 1st time to do these exercises. In exercise 6 muscles of back of the upper arm are painful. Also shar the exercises for the fat around the lower back. I have a small tear between L5 and and L4. Can't move more rhwn 20 minites and stand for 30 minutes. So during doing my house chores I need breaks and after that sitting all the day long I have gain 25 kg almost 10 kg in this year.

Okay, so I have bigger breasts which are a bit saggy and after doing this ONCE they looked a bit more lifted. I also experienced back pain when doing the first few exercises because you have to sit up straight but the 8th exercise and the cool down really helped there. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Im gonna do this often in hopes of correcting my posture and stopping my back pain. First workout that actually helped. Thank you. (:
Waaw, I am perm disabled after a bizarre hanging accident whilst riding a train. I struggle with a lot of minor, less noticeable mobility issues and was lost on how to address them. In multiple videos face, eyes, lips, now this one …. My subdermal scars in my neck, face, upper arms and head are directly impacted by your exercises ! Oh YAY!!! Maybe I can work thru some of my unending pain, whilst improving my skin and growing age appearance.

Started this Day 1 = was definitely not hard you can do it Day 2 = was in real pain .My arms was literally paining but I still did this. Day 3 = My arms are not paining. Not sure about my breast but my arms lost some inch I guess 😅 Day 4 - Its going good Day 5 - After workout I measured I lost 1 inch ❤️ Hey guys I was not updating as I got into a minor accident and my arms and back is injured. The exercise was going well but as soon as I stop, the size was increase to regular size and it is definitely not a long time solution if you do it regularly then it's fine Will keep on updating❤
I lost all the weight that I was supposed to lose I was already a small cup to begin with now I have pancake mix titties so these workouts will not work for t that case any ideas am I over thinking this help needed

YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! and it's obvious your beauty is natural - i want to do EVERYTHING you do -- found face yoga and i have already set an alarm in my phone (with your DETAILS of 5 exercises) for face to go off at bedtime. i am committed. i didn't understand your 6th exercise about fennel seeds, no example, ? i am doing everything else: pushups and face yoga. i'm sold
Thank you. With the hourglass figure type, breasts are often a problem and cause upper back pain if heavy. I was looking for ways to reduce them without the sagging from jogging etc, to reduce stress on the back or to somehow strengthen upper body muscles so they can better handle heavy breasts because it's now clear these are not just going to vanish like I wish the would. I tried dieting and exercise and can get slimmer, fitter etc, but breasts simply won't shrink, as hoped.So learning to just live with them by strengthening supporting upper body muscles seems like the best way. I did know some of these exercises and they give nice upper arms, which is worth doing them for, even if breasts don't shrink. And shoulders move more freely, too, which is good as we age and stiffen up. Will try some of the ones I didn't know before. As women, it is easy to underestimate how much we need our upper body, upper arms, chest etc in everyday movements, believing only men need well developed upper arm and chest muscalture. But many jobs and movements we do use such muscles.

Thank you!!! So many videos about glutes and abs, which I feel aren't much without a cut back, toned arms, and uplifted breast. So glad you confirmed these exercises hit other muscle groups as well. You look great and I will be looking for the waist/abs routine you mentioned. So going to add this to my workout exercise routine. Btw, I can testify to the facial exercises. I have a facial routine that takes about 3 minutes that I can feel the next day which I perform at least 3 x per week. I've never had issues with turkey neck and the facial exercises is probably the reason why.😉👍💝
