We love your video! What a great insight into the suburb of Belmont. We noticed your video was quite recent, you must have just missed Finbar’s grand opening for their new development coming to Belmont. Located right next to the Belgravia Estate and Great Eastern Highway. We actually have a couple of videos about the Bel-Air development on our account, we think it is a great place for an investment as it looks like Belmont is going to be an up and coming area!
