I just saw Stillwater, good film. But you'll notice how stocky Matt Damon is. He's a beast. The film was a tear jerker towards the end for some people while I just sat there thinking "that son of a b!tch hauled this gorilla onto the stage with him without even breaking a sweat?".

I deadlifted 450LBs in my late 30's and I am in IT work.( worked out 4X a week to play sports and loss weight ) Ben is a movie star and likely has a personal trainer and all that. It didn't seem all that impressive to me but I have never tried it so maybe it is harder than it looks. For someone who never works out, probably very very hard to do. ( likely hurt your back )

Sam Tam You misunderstood what he is saying while 160 stays 160 pounds even with straps. Those are professional stunman rigs, designed to lighten the burden. If mat weights 160 it will distribute the weight evenly making him feel alot less then that. The weight doesn't matter so much as the rig makes carrying something larger then you could normally carry possible.
