Absolutely incredible and back when I was a freshman in college in 2009, it’s how I found out about bonnaroo and since then I have been 7 times and would have been more had life not gotten in the way. I went to a slightly Stoopid show that was indoors and omg the smoke 🤣🤣 ppl were even pulling out bongs and passing blunts the to band while they played. It was great
Greek Theater, Griffith Park, L.A. 2006 Ben with Damian Marley opening. Leon came out at the top of the amphitheater smoking a huge hogs leg of a joint drumming all the way down and to the stage. The cloud rose from the pit in an instant. Thing of beauty.
Agreed! I was there during this performance. I haven't been since 2007. Used to go every year until 2007. Now it's gotten more mainstream. There are only a handful of bands that play there now worth seeing. The rest? No thanks!

I really like this song and I find a double meaning in the lyrics :) Not only is it, obviously, a song about smoking the glorious green, but also about our natural rights as humans....we should all practice these rights without waiting for them to be given to us by some government. Freedom, it is a state of mind.
Saw him this summer.. Amazing, just purely amazing! I didn't see one person who wasn't singing along to this song.. It was like a pothead choir.. Simply beautiful

I saw them at new castle nsw. And i met ben and his big fella who played the big base. And i pulled out a nice ozzy bush joint and made them smile we smoked that together . We talked about the waves at byron bay and thats there next stop. Was a good choof a boys 🤙
