The thing I like most about this exercise is you can go as heavy as you want without a spotter. It comes in handy on those short notice midnight workouts.
Josh. I have a injured back, I can't do normal bench press without extreme pain. When I do Larsen press, feet up, or floor press; i dont get enough work in to see hypertrophy. What would you do in this situation
Hey Josh thanks for the awesome content as usual! I'm trying to bridge the gap from 365 to 405 and am interested in utilizing this. I would like to utilize this after flat bench but before weighted dips what would be some good percentages/sets to use for this brethren of the iron?
